Is there an easy Ref sheet for important stats?

I'm getting back into the game, juggling between BLU/THF/PUP/SMN/COR - a classic mix of soloing/farming things, and having something vaguely useful for support if any shouts come up. I am trying to remember how to play well and 'gitgud'. etc. Still tinkering with Gearswap through trial and error.
Anyway, I know that various things have gear caps (Haste, DW, PDT, BP cool down, and many more...) but i can't remember what they all are! Is there an easy reference sheet for many/all this kind of stuff? Or am i doomed to searching for each thing individually?
Bonus question, is there a Windower plugin, or any commands that easily show total stats such as Acc/atk/racc/ratk/etc. when in certain gear, and even Haste/DW/etc. so I don't have to manually count everything as I'm putting sets together?
I figured this must exist after 23 years, surely?! Can someone point me in the right direction, or give me some tips on the above please?

/checkparam <me> will give very basic stats, and I believe there is a Windower addon that expands on it? not sure, never used it personally. another one is gearinfo I think, that can count haste totals.
overall though, there isn't anything exactly like what you want as far as I know, wiki has all the information but it isn't all in one place.

I've seen the abomination of people's UI with all those stats shitted all over it so I know it exists, but IDK what it's called. Look for addons that sound like they do this and try it.
I'm not sure how useful it would be when building sets though, but idk. Whatever works for you

The addon is called GearInfo. I tried it for about fifteen seconds and couldn't stomach the clusterfk mess and numbers jumping all over the place every time I used a macro. I hated the automatic switching of my gear for buffs and didn't like how the game controlled sets for me. Some people liked it, but I just don't like playing FFXI that way. Went back to counting and old school set building the way the game was designed and enjoy it a lot more. If I'm under the haste cap or low on accuracy or something, I figure it out by playing on real scenarios/failing etc, and then making adjustments. I also talk it out with other players, see what they're using, their reasoning, their experience etc. That's the fun of the game, tinkering your sets for whatever you're doing. I've found this is the best way to learn the game instead of having programs do everything for you.
Now I agree, the game doesn't tell you how much fast cap, -DT, Haste, job ability, magic haste, after, attack, int, mab etc you need nor the caps. It can be overweening for a new player or someone who hasn't a clue on how things work. And some of the wiki pages are wordy, so it can be challenging to get answers to basic stuff. My advice: make in game friends and ask questions. People will more than help you understand stuff and take you along so you can get up to speed. It's better this way anymore, because if you use add-ons for everything, you'll learn nothing, then in harder content you will get exposed for lack of set building awareness. You can read up on the wiki pages, look at your gear and see what stats are on there then go research it. Or try it out and see what happens with the stuff worn
Now I should mention that it would be nice if someone put together a full reference of all in game stats and terms in spreadsheet format. That would be super handy

Unfortunately with how intricate and expansive all the various stats and interactions are in this game, much of it boils down to doing case by case looking up as needed or asking people, then either memorizing it over time or notating it somewhere. What I do since there is often big gaps in my periods of playing XI, is make notepad .txts that I just keep handy for info I frequently reference or double check.
For Gearswap in particular, something I found useful is adding comments above some gearsets to remind myself of what the purpose of the set is, what stats I want to focus on for that particular set, and if there are any special limitations or exceptions like caps on particular special stats. This saves me time on constantly re-researching things I may forget. (just some examples... "Savage Blade 50%STR/50%MND modifier, Favors WSD+%"..."Cure Potency cap = 50%, Cure Potency II cap = 30%. Conserve MP in unused slots." etc.)

Stuff like this is very hard to remember, even for players like me who have been playing for over 20 years. The common ones (FC 80%, Snapshot 70%, Haste 25~26%, -DT 50%) are easy to remember. But I visit BG Wiki at least 10 times a day to research or look something up, because I can't always remember what's the best way to gear for Infernal Scythe, or what modifies Cross Reaper, or which WS are "front loaded" or have "fTP transfer" trait. I forget if I need 102 or 101 SIRD, or which pieces combined require the higher/lower value. I forget base Conserve MP value on GEO. I don't always remember the resistance ranks of certain mob types. I don't always remember the gifts RUN has that increases enhancing magic received, which throws off my expected numbers for certain self-buffs. ETC ETC.
The truth is, you will need to research a lot to be effective at FFXI, so make a habit of looking everything up. Learn to use the itemsets* feature on this website (you can search for other people's sets, saves tons of time). Learn how to build effective gearsets (not just luas), including equipsets. Get used to finding the answers to things on your own, but if that fails, ask questions in linkshell/discords. If you don't get the answer you want, ask on forums. If all else fails, go out and test it yourself (this is what I do when I have time and i can't find the smarter people available for answers).
* Something I always wished for the itemsets feature on this website is that it added all of your stats when you published it. The same way it does the gil cost breakdown of each piece, it would have been nice to see how much this set's STR/DEX/WSD/Acc etc gives, vs another set, to make comparisons easier. But sims do all of that now, so it is not a need anymore

Bah. Who has time to remember all that? As long as you know the underlying maths then you can adjust to your liking. The difference isn't that big.
For WS, there is only one stat that really matters:ftp. The higher the better. Pick the one with the most http://ftp. Outliers are H2H,ftp transfer WS and hybrid WS. The direct stat affecting WS is WSD. You simply stack it. If it's magical then you stack more magic attack bonus.
For meleeing, there are multi-hit and store TP. Store TP gains more value as you get more multi-hit in. So if you have a lot of multi-hit gear then it's more advantageous to squeeze in a couple store TP. DA and Store TP tend have the same value unless you have more multi-hit then Store TP outweigh DA.
Every other stat just blame the Bard. Carry a bunch of sublime sushi otherwise just eat Gyudon.

Gearinfo is a broken mess that hasn't been updated in a decade. Doubt it even works anymore.

You just type in the thing in Google and add bgwiki. For example: "dual wield bgwiki"
That's how you quickly go check things.

The problem is most of these systems are too intricate to sum up with just a basic equation. Take BP delay for example. In order to get the lowest possible BP delat you have to have enough gear to cap BP Delay 1, which caps at 15, BP Delay 2, which caps at 15 but you don't actually cap, BP Delay 3 which only exists as a job point category and caps at 10, AND you need to have Avatar's Favor on AND have a high enough tier with both enough skill AND Beckoner's Horn +3 for enough favor level increases to hit 20 seconds.
It's *** complicated and one number just doesn't work.
