Broken Equipment Confirmation

Hey everyone!
I need to confirm that "Pummeler's Lorica +4" Berserk +18 stat is not applying. Berserk use to only have about 10 seconds down time with Pummeler's Lorica +3. I upgraded to the +4 version and now I have a down time of 30 seconds.

I have full 5/5 merits in berserk and am Masterlevel 48.

These are the three items that are being swapped in:

Just a point of clarification, could you test with GS off, manually equip those 3 pieces of gear, and then check the duration of the buff, rather than the cooldown remaining when it wears off?

It would be best if you could do it with a timestamp too, but if that's not possible then a /clock would be good too.

Unloaded gearswap, equipped just Lorica+4, so duration should be 3:18.

Can confirm its broken, I only got 17 seconds!

Pumm+4, Agoge+2 (I keep missing the footshard's on my server), Cichol. Expected duration: 3:58

Jipped again! Shorted two seconds this time! Clearly broken!


Another case of either:
A-"timers isnt showing the right duration, therefor it must be broken".
B-Someone not reloading their gearswap after making changes.

yeah, I unloaded gearswap and used the in game /equipset macros. still was shorted about 17 seconds.

Yeah, time timers are wrong. Item is working lol.
The down time is still around 10 seconds.
but for some reason the timers are off.
I just unloaded gs.

Yeah, i put too much faith into the timers so I assume SE makes a mistake.
