Asura - Off-Meta Challenge Team

Asura server:


Forming a group for fun to see how far we can push off meta weird team comps vs various content (from older content to WoC, Kirin, HELMs etc til rare occasional seg/sortie runs for science and more, depending on how good or bad it will be)

Lookin for well geared players (r25+ close to absolute BiS relevant gear) with these builds:


- DD GEO, SCH or WHM with all decent DD weapons GEO can use + Onion Sword III possibly (i could do any between these 3), with BiS or close to, for melee setup. Thus r25+ nyame/bunzi, ambu capes for WS used, nuking/burst set for WHM etc.

-+7 or +8 Rolls only COR is fine (since COR is op and allowing it to DD would probably trivialize a lot of stuffs, altho rarely we'll have it DD as well, when it comes to multistepping SCs etc)

- 4+1 songs Bard (not allowed to DD for most things)

- RDM (not allowed to DD for most things, so will debuff/buff/heal and maaaybe magic burst when worth it)

- Manawall "tank"/DD phys BLM (+1 if u got a cross reaper scythe + set


- other niche yet potentially strong builds which are unknown/underrated etc etc (think of Ullr used properly.. Ambu H2H etc etc), you can propose it and we'll try to make it work!

Job flexibility is needed, the more jobs we have at our disposal, the more we can get creative with team comps n strats. I'll be interested also into trying many different comps for the same content, we won't be forced into any specific team comp.


We got a discord server where to theorycraft strats n organize/voicechat when needed, can add me on discord sacha3748 to get the invite!


Again, this is just for fun, science and to add some artificial difficulty to older content.
