Good Utility Gear Set For A New COR?

Looking for a good hybrid/utility set to use while I build up my gear, probably focusing on rolls more than DMG and not looking for BIS gear right off the bat. Any help would be appreciated.

Ring is +3, omen neck is +7, dagger is +8
Other than that if you're only focused on rolls, fill the rest with DT assuming you're running content with others.
Ambuscade armor is a good start but you can skip it if you have odyssey gear

Should probably use a Barataria Ring for +5, not the shitty one for +3.

Increasing duration is also really good, so I'd recommend getting empy hands ASAP, as high as you can upgrade them. Compensator is also nice and not hard to get, same with an ambu cape.

Empy body for Tactician's roll.
Relic head for job-based bonus (if you don't have the job in party).

Not potency or duration based, but the ASA legs are nice to reduce the cooldown and Luzaf's is sick to make sure you hit everyone, especially if they're running from you.
