For low man with trusts? I think you might be surprised. Even more if you consider 2 Ninjas with Yagyu being both dd and tanks. I seriously doubt anyone really tried to come up with game changing strategies based on having Yagyu NIN or two, because it was irrelevant. It might change now.

It's useful in the same situations a Nin having shadows up makes a difference to that Nin or not.

I can think of two maybe three Ambus that fall in that category. Everything else is AoE-shadow-stripping heavy.

But feel free to prove me wrong.

Shadows are 2004 tech. They're useless in 202X

On top of nin being last place dd
On top of all jobs having access to 50DT and high meva

It's merely a novelty, no ones going to think up battle where they alter everything because the whm gets free shadows instead of casting blink.

Crystal Paradise being the exception. Crystal Paradise yagyu is super neat. But who cares about Crystal Paradise; no onezo.
Honorable mention for Qutrub Ambu, that happens once every 3 years.

If Yagyu put all buffjutsu on the party, it'd be the mostest bestest damn thing ever.

Is there a good guide about each weapon? What did you guys end up choosing? I am reading all the stats but none of them mean anything to me XD does the KI expire by June 9?

Just pick the one for the job you like to play the most.
Some are debatable at being useful in niche places but none are worth picking up a job over.
