Oct 2022 WoC (HP Nerf)

So, my LS group just did this tonight and unless I have no idea how to read scoreboard, WoC's HP pool was 500,000 less.

Adding that up, for 9 people, that comes out to 1.275mil. Previous BG Wiki entry said 1.75mil for 9 people. So I edited the wiki entry, but my god that's a lot that's changed. Am I adding / understanding how to use Scoreboard correctly?
Did this nerf really happen?
