Do you need to be "Solo" for that to trigger, or simply the only 1 to enter the BC? If I have a person in the zone but not entering the BC in party for holding the drops in pool that makes me ineligible correct?

You need No BB, after third box, rare drop, under 30 seconds, while subbing THF with a Millionaire's Desk in your inventory.

Pretty sure it was no BB, and from chests 4-8. Yours was from 9th which was rainbow right?
