Well it looks like there's a hard cap of Mastery Level 99. At least thats the highest you can search for. Certainly soft capped much lower for now though.

so up to +19 level subjob for m99/68. Anyone know if HP/MP go up and if so how much/level.

Not all that casual friendly for those wanting to jump into FFXI and level 1-2 jobs, but at least gives good content grind for the hardcore crowd.

I went to Mea to mess around, and my unbuffed Primal Rends were around 20k. That's a pretty solid damn number for zero player buffs. While with the slug and Sylvie, Mistral Axe was doing around 8k Buddy went to Holla, and Tachi:Jinpu missed 3 times in a row, but physicals were murder. Though he had buffs. Could each zone have different weaknesses? Edit: Just popped on Doli. Even checking low def I'm only hitting 10k with Decimation with Doli, which is pretty weird. 10 is not cap, we just hit 11
I hope mobs are waaaay too tough so i can tank with nagi and have fun!

The new canteen KI may be tied to that somehow too, I bet. With no new dialogue, I wonder what the requirement to get it will be? Admittedly, I did space out on watching the digest video and had only read through the patch notes. Not needing the boss scales didn't dawn on me at the time, so that makes sense. All things considered, this is an interesting update. Thank you both. Master rank cap is HIGHER than 10 atm, cofirmed lvl 11+

While this is very grindy, you don't have to do anything except talk to Nomad Moogle once and then passively farm these. Don't have to go get status or do any limit break/spending to slow you down (so far). This is great.
Each Master level seems to be: HP +7 MP +2 All Attributes +1 If this goes to Master Level 99 then: HP +693, MP+198 All Stats +99 Also some other awesome things depending on subjob unlocks, if get to 68 this is gonna be cool to see. Apex Gears can get Restoral up to 56k so those are terrible.
The mobs in Promyvions are also kind of annoying because they have an element based on whatever color their core is. Has anyone checked the zones they increased the level status in for new mobs?

Confectioner's Ring is a new item. "Rusk" effect +1. Does that mean Coconut Rusk gets an extra +1 HQ? Am I reading that correctly?
I'm assuming it is +1 to time because SE likes to be like that
