THey would have banned literally everyone if they didn't have any criteria other than "breaks our ToS"

k, so nothing of sustenance. to date, we have very little proof of anyone that has been banned that doesn't use enhanced gearswaps/send/superwarps within the realm of windower.

obviously things like flee hacking/botting are outside of the realm of "windower", generally.

not really sure what you accomplished. ejiin will keep using the above mentioned things and will keep getting banned and then blame SE(very odd behavior) when he's banned for something that people already speculated and told him about previously.

Well, not everyone is going to restart once banned. I think it would be in the communities best interest (considering most use windower at the least) to identify problematic addons. While most may assume its the usual culprits (send, bidder, etc.) it would be interesting to see if there's another that interacts with the game in a similar way to raise flags. There is no option to go vanilla so I think it would be more constructive use of peoples time on the subject.

And this is a perfect plausible, constructive statement.

I enjoy reading/responding to things like this. The childish statements that TSM rattled off are just painful to read at best.

i agree with draylo and that's not a good sign for you at all. pretending that ejiin was banned unlawfully is asinine and figuring out what he was banned for is in everyone's interest for the reasons draylo laid out.

How many people got banned yesterday. All of them use different sets of addons. It's a pointless pursuit.

I think you misread why I came at you in the first place. I never said Ejin didn't do justified bannable offenses.

I particularly addressed you for two reasons.

1) you opened with a hateful remark.
2) your entire post is an opinion; backed up by a sideways analogy.

It's not so much blame as it's the inconsistency he was pissed about. Picking a name from a hat to see who gets banned next, despite that hat being full of people using the same ***really does make no sense at all. It's been argued countless times here, but the system is pretty *** questionable.

My opinion on suspect addons:

Anything that interacts with NPCs or the game with automated tendencies or chat skipping. So things like send, superwarps, any KIs you can buy via typing. I just wouldn't trust them, just my opinion based on evidence. I'm almost sure it was send that did Ejin in, because like I keep saying, I don't see how its different than a program that automates characters (So, Botting.) Also, should be a given, but I would steer clear of anything tako related (most especially any kind of POS warping.)

All that was said here is just opinion because we don't know how SE operates, but I think we can speculate given testimonials and past history people have had with the system.

This right here hit it on the head. Se just picks a random name out of a hat from looks of it. So many people openly cheat and nothing happens I think they just hitting a lotto for bans at this point.

if anything SE is incredibly consistent. everyone i know that heavily uses the tools ejiin does and speed warps/bots 24/7 has been hit at least once in the last few years since they turned the auto banner back on. i'd say their automation around catching people doing these things is pretty accurate.

You must not ever drive in the fast lane of the highway. If you have 1000 vehicles going 130km in a 100km zone but maintaining the same pace, you won't be pulled over.

They arent consistent at all lol. The same thing this guy being banned for you seen hundreds of other people doing this or worse and they havent been touched. So you saying its accurate is kinda a joke at this point.

That is why its better if people just admit what they used, instead we get these threads with half the people saying "SE HAS A CONTRACT AND CAN DO WHATEVER!" and the other half just laughing at peoples misfortune and saying its inevitable (even tho we all use windower.)

Well baby girl I don't use them idk how you got I use them out of that. I think you overestimate SE or havent been playing this game long enough. SE is the most inconsistent with bans out of any company in my eyes. I dont even care for eijin but to sit here and say SE is consistent in bans is simple not true.

I can't begin to speculate on which addons SE deems more detrimental than the others.

He records every single event. It's pretty easy to to catch someone when there's actual evidence. I'm not sure why this isn't more a concern.

My suggestion to him. Randomize his toon names and hide his chat/pt information.

It won't remediate the problem of the 1% trying to snipe him. But it will mitigate a significant amount of the distortion.

I suggested that to him but he ignored me in his stream lol, but that is probably HIS best option if they are indeed caring about reports. I highly doubt they are, personally. We have Odoro as proof of that. I think his most likely culprit is heavily reliance on Send. So my advice, in addition to hiding his new char names, is to find ways to not rely so heavily on automated GS/send.

He's aware of a JP twitter group that is known for reporting people. He was on one of their posts. It was just a matter of time for those characters.

not using those things was suggested to him in his chat/in his discord/here previously as well, by several people, on several occasions.

he said he was going vanilla for about 3 hours before it appeared he'd switched back to windower for 60 fps and then as the week went on he was basically using all the same automation tools.
