Is there any chance of adding a modding sub forum, it would be great to encourage more people to take up modding again.

Modding used to be pretty popular back in the day, far less now.

The only place to really discuss modding for ffxi currently is an adult site, which is fine but it would be good to have somewhere more mainstream too.

This thread has been stickied a while, and has been the gathering point for a lot of it. If there's really enough interest in a whole sub-forum, then get a bunch of +1s on this post and I'll add it.

I think having a subforum is a good idea.

Jeanpaul's .dat Mod thread is a great start, but there's other mods out there (like that HD map mod) that could benefit from a subforum.
