Well uh, she was asked for actual evidence and she declined to provide it because it was "too embarrassing?" Does that really fly for you?

Her son did, but that was dismissed as well.
We are told we are not to judge how women process abuse...by the left. We are told it shouldn't matter if the allegations are from an event that happened years ago and went unreported *cough*Ford*cough*
But if someone with a (D) is accused of it, liberals will not only find any way to dismiss the claims, but then often degrade the accuser.
If you have not recognized this pattern, you aren't paying attention, most likely willfully.

No I'm not, I don't care about your conspiracies about Ellison. You have implied that he is "doing things for political purposes" yet when pressed with actual procedural law or skepticism about your claims, you deflect to talk about the autopsy that literally no one has brought up.
uhhhhhh? Where the *** have you been my dude?
So this guy isnt talking about cause of death? which would necessitate needing the autopsy?
I'm no medical doctor, but I cannot fathom the relevance of this to having a heart attack. He carried the trait, but did not suffer from sickle cell anemia. It just seems like a factor that is added to a list on alt right websites because they know the people reading it will be too stupid to understand it is irrelevant.
so i didnt quite literally point out the gaping flaw in your logic of how its impossible for your stance to be correct?
ok, so your argument is, and was, that releasing footage to the public some way invalidates its ability to be used in a courtroom - and that it may potentially contaminate a jury pool correct? Ergo by your logic anyone who saw any news or any footage of this national event, couldnt serve on a jury due to being 'tainted' by your definition correct?
Do you know how we select juries when nation widely public incidents like this happen where its impossible to find a juror that hasnt seen it?
and that i didnt specifically respond to you pointing out how wrong the point you thought you were making was absolutely wrong?
Lets back up then.
and there it is; keith ellison refuses to release the body cam footage.
So what?
the question being - Why not release it?
As others pointed out their belief was that 'because jury tainting'. any prosecution or defense attorney will tell you thats flat out wrong in this case, since the degree of critical evidence that is already in the public domain, and how wide spread it is. we specifically have protocols for jury selection when this happens because its impossible to find a juror who hasnt been exposed.
This leaves the only logical explination as "because it doesnt fit keith ellisons narrative". the same keith ellison that openly praises antifa,[snipped image for size]and actively participates in racebaiting.
come on dude.

One of several recent examples, yes.
The media runs everything and they can control what we care about, what we don't and to what degree. And being that the vast majority of the media currently is overwhelmingly biased for the Democrats, they can make a mugger into a martyr or a pervert into a paragon.

Like I said, I can't even find evidence that Ellison has declined to release any body cam footage. It seems like you just made up this narrative so you can attack Ellison and it's going nowhere.

This isn't me trying to be sarcastic or rhetorical or anything but an actual question. Where's the source for him not releasing the bodycam footage?
All I can find is this tweet and nothing else besides things linking to this: https://twitter.com/paulsperry_/status/1270060165346349059
The WaPo interview days back said he was going to "consult", whatever that means to him. Was there a more definitive statement the past few days?

Only thing I found so far is https://twitter.com/paulsperry_ and a reddit post.
Maybe it just hasn't hit the news yet. /shrug

There is this, which is a non-answer, more like a, "well if we don't or do, it's not up to me" kinda answer, but this aired June 4th, so maybe something else has popped up that they just haven't put out there yet. Maybe only the 'powers that be' know right now.
By Viciouss 2020-06-09 22:14:15
Do you think that's a bad answer? Is releasing the body cam footage to the public more important than a conviction, especially when the public will almost assuredly see the footage at some point?

Nope, if this answer was sufficient for the media across the board. Which we all know it's not.
You will see a common theme in many of my posts. Yes, politically, I lean conservative. However, I am not an unreasonable person. I simply am looking for consistency and objectivity from our vastly liberal media, of which currently there is very little of both.
Also, I highly doubt any body cam footage is going to exonerate Chauvin anyhow in this situation. Now the other cops should have never been charged with murder 2 in the first place if they want a conviction. UNLESS, this cam footage has audio of one of them whispering, "Let's just hold these folks back while Chauvin kills that guy."
Then again, I never in my lifetime thought I would see the wishes of a Muslim congresswoman come to fruition in America where a police force of a major US city was being basically dismantled in favor of a....block watch group... Nor did I ever think I would see the level of cuck beta from people that I am seeing now, either, such as white people washing people's feet in public to apologize for their existence. So who knows, maybe they get convicted.

Quote: Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens:
1. Fentanyl 11 ng/mL
2. Norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL
3. 4-ANPP 0.65 ng/mL
4. Methamphetamine 19 ng/mL
5. 11-Hydroxy Delta-9 THC 1.2 ng/mL;
Delta-9 Carboxy THC 42 ng/mL; Delta-9 THC 2.9 ng/mL
6. Cotinine positive
7. Caffeine positive for anyone who actualy wants to be bothered with reading the autopsy.
The fatal average dosage of fentanyl is 9.5ng/ml. Floyd had nearly double that amount in his system at 16.6 ng/ml. ?
These alt right trolls can't even read 2 digit numbers anymore.
Basically to round this out, Floyd was a piece of garbage. BUT! None of that necessarily means he would have died that particular day WITHOUT Chauvin putting his knee on his neck for 9 minutes. Most likely he wouldn't have.
I have zero issues with Chauvin hitting San Quinton for eternity not only for Floyd's murder, but for what his actions have caused overall. But the black community really needs to get better heroes.

To answer my question about when the concept of police emerged, I just read this on RT which is interesting and relevant;
Quote: Modern policing was invented in 1829 in London, where there were no slaves. It was designed to cope with the challenges of keeping peace and order in a city whose population exploded due to the industrial revolution. The first US cities to establish their own forces were Boston (1838) and New York (1845). They, too, followed the outline of policing principles established in London by its first police commissioners, Charles Rowan and Richard Mayne.
According to these principles, police were supposed to prevent crime and disorder, as an alternative to military repression. Their power was supposed to be based on public approval and respect, and the cooperation of the public in ensuring the laws are observed. The more of that cooperation existed, the less necessary would it be to use force.
The constabulary would win public favor “not by pandering to public opinion; but by constantly demonstrating absolutely impartial service to law,” and applying the law equally to anyone “without regard to their wealth or social standing,” according to Rowan and Mayne. Force would be used only when persuasion fails, and only to the minimum extent necessary. Police were not to usurp powers of judgment and punishment, reserved for the judiciary. They were defined as members of the public paid to give “full time attention to duties which are incumbent on every citizen.”
The final principle was that “the test of police efficiency is the absence of crime and disorder, and not the visible evidence of police action in dealing with them.”
https://www.rt.com/op-ed/491238-defund-police-terrible-idea-history/
That's a, "woulda/shoulda/coulda" type statement by the author. Yes, even communism and Marxism has some good points, but once you drop that ingredient of the human condition into the formula, things tend to go bad.
I have not seen anyone say all cops are good, all cop/public interactions should be viewed in a favorable light for the cops. It's just, imagine being a cop. You may have every great intention in the world when you begin. Then after seeing the aftermaths of the drive by shootings, the rapes, the wife beatings, the animal abuse...all the lies you are fed on a minute by minute basis. I'd be cracking skulls after week two.
I can only imagine it's quite natural to see every call, every situation as you are dealing with an enemy. Not saying that is how they are SUPPOSE to work, but to avoid this, you'd basically have to replace your entire police force once every few months to rid it of the jadedness.

not sure if this was brought up or not, maybe ~
so for years the left has been trying to overly regulate and put as many restrictions as possible for gun owners making it harder for someone to own a firearm and provide protection for themselves and now they want to defund the police, reduce the amount of cops on the street and take away their armament ~ so...at the end of the day the majority of people who would have guns would be criminals?
(maybe i'm exaggerating but this kinda what it looks like to me)

honestly, i think the 2A argument ultimately died here this month. i dont think a single democrat is going to be able to stand on any kind of an anti-2a platform ever again.

UK 1.2 murders per 100,000 population per year
USA 4.96 murders per 100,000 population per year
We have less cops on the street, they practically never have firearms, citizens are not allowed firearms, etc. But we are an armed country. Too many guns in too many hands means we can't disarm the police.
Indeed, the average cop here is outgunned by the average gang member.
Another depressing statistic is our suicide rate.
Quote: All suicides
Number of deaths: 47,173
Deaths per 100,000 population: 14.5
Cause of death rank: 10
Firearm suicides
Number of deaths: 23,854
Deaths per 100,000 population: 7.3 https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/suicide.htm

and there it is; keith ellison refuses to release the body cam footage.why would you do something like that if you were a racebaiter?
Because it’s evidence for the pending trial. If it exonerates the officers it exonerates them. Hey has a duty to not taint the potential jury pool by prematurely releasing evidence to public.
oh my sweet summer child.
Keith ellison is one of the most heinous individuals in the country when it comes to race baiting. he walks around with a picture of al sharpton over his heart. if you think he is witholding this for anything but nefarious reasons, you are fooling yourself. It has more to do with having the charges stick than it does about race baiting.
If withholding evidence from public view ensures a trial that guarantees to convict these 4 officers, vs. releasing evidence prior to the trial and allows those 4 officers to get away scot free due to a technicality, I think it's best to withhold evidence...
Doesn't matter, the defense attorney gets all of it anyway. Not only is it hilariously illegal to withhold evidence, it's a super easy way to get the whole conviction thrown out on appeal.
Now if it's evidence that nobody knows about, well they might just pretend they've never seen it. Unfortunately the fact that we're talking about it means it's not only exists, but there is exactly zero chance of making it "disappear".

Carbuncle.Skulloneix said: »lets not forget this is the same keith ellison that is trying to overcharge four police officers, with charges that will never stick for 99% of the charges. He increased the charges to 2nd degree, up from 3rd degree, right?
correct; however hes also charging the others with accessory to second degree murder which will literally be impossible to stick.
if he went for involuntary manslaughter hed have about a 75% chance of winning that case, but he went for *** broke here and went for murder2, which any third rate attorney is going to get thrown out of court in this case given three immediate facts
1. The law specifically states that the hold employed against floyd is acceptable and legal under their states laws, and he was a SENIOR FIELD TRAINING OFFICER OF 19 YEARS.
2. That george floyd had a lethal amount of fentanyl and meth in his system at the time of arrest, which the lead cause of death in fentanyl overdose is cardiac arrest
3. His autopsy done by the state found ZERO evidence of neck trauma, or evidence of asphyxiation, but did find he died of cardiac arrest, had significant heart issues, and sickle cell
Combine those three and any attorney worth their salt is going to get the average person believing there was a possiblity that he died from complications beyond the officers control.
he could pretty reasonably land at least chauvin or however its spelled for manslaughter- but the other charges are a pipe dream.
And that is all that is required. The defense don't have to "prove" the defendant guilty, they merely need to convince a single juror that the defendant might not be guilty.

The issue here is, it's too late. Disarming police is no longer an option as guns are already inundated into the criminal underbelly of America so here, HERE, the 'ol redneck rallying cry of, "Take guns from law abiding citizens, then only criminals will have the guns" is quite accurate.
Now if the entire world was somehow able to confiscate every gun from every single citizen, militant and military, melt them all down or turn them to Nerf....THEN, remove every book ever in print about how to make guns or gunpowder...THEN find a way to enter the mind of every human on Earth and remove the cognitive ability of creativity so nobody in the future could ever invent gun powder/guns....then I am all for abolishing all forms of guns.
