Yeah, the messaging is all over the place. We need cops but we don't. They shouldn't be able to use lethal force or even rubber bullets except when they should. Black lives matter and we shouldn't tolerate a single death, except when they're bringing the coronavirus home with them after the protests.
I'm assuming because they read the twitter post right on the link but didn't read down below. Probably jumped the gun on that sure, but also it's like.. real hard to do the detective work by all of you isn't it?
No, but you'd think the OP would be held to this same standard...
Oh man I truly hope Minneapolis does in fact completely disband all of their police.
I can't wait to watch the mass exodus of any person or business with any wealth from that city until it becomes a 3rd world mini-nation within the borders of the US. Kind of like Detroit but smaller and with slower drivers.
I wonder if they've made the connection that people are going to reflexively arm themselves for extra protection if the police presence is reduced. Can't have their cake and eat it too, I guess.
I'd honestly like to see that done, it can be the litmus test for the rest of America to see how completely foolish the idea will be. Any smart business owner would run far far away from there.
He's not hispanic, he's not white, he's not latino. He's "not black".
Doubt it being he just walked up to them with his hands up. But like you said, it was all weird, like the guy was either wanting them to shoot him or something, dude may just be mental.
Well, more mental than just someone who'd do what he did, if that's possible.
