Looks like some Republicans are balking at some of the wording in the bill, so that will slow things down. Pretty much inevitable, its a 700 page bill, no matter how much grandstanding Moscow Mitch does, writing laws takes time.

Fox News is trying to spin Bernie as the villain and it's not working. The Republicans need to take their hypotheticals and back down. Moscow Mitch must be frustrated his own party is now causing such a long delay.
