Biden has already committed to picking a woman of color as his running mate. Biden needs to get the Epstein treatment before the convention for Clinton to have a shot. If it happens after the convention, his running mate would likely become the nominee but she wouldn't fill the spot with Hillary. There's no way that Hillary plays second fiddle and lets someone else be the first woman in office.
