Dynamis D Buggy?

Has anyone else had any issues with Dynamis D today? I went in and hit my Honor march macro and it said my horn didn't exist. I typed /find over 50 times and it did not exist. I then noticed JSE neck also didn't exist. I'm not saying "I see the item and just couldn't equip them." I'm saying, "the item literally did not exist anywhere. As if it was dropped"

When we exited dynamis they were both back again magically.

I've had some of my wardrobe items disappear upon entering Ru'Aun a few times. Zoning out and zoning back in has fixed it for me in the past, I'm sure relogging would do the same.

Can happen anywhere but it usually happens in laggy areas. It's just a loading issue, anything that makes you reload your character/inventory will fix it.
