Also, rewatching that press conference yesterday, Mueller is terrified giving that statement. Doesn't look up to his audience much and noticeably shaken as we reads precisely what is written down. Clearly he's scared to go under oath and would have zero chance in any hearing.

He’s already walked back the “I couldn’t indict” BS, and thats been reinforced by Barrs statement today as well. Get him under oath, he's a frail old man, he’ll fold like a chair.

Meant the intel community.

(Semantics wont save you)

I don't need to be saved from your lies. I'll ask again, where is your source? It's not "100% procedure" for the FBI to tell people they are investigating them. This has been something Trump has cried about on Twitter for his entire Presidency, and now your just trying to cover for him. Unsuccessfully.
Dummy, you’re conflating telling the campaign with telling the people who were investigated.

Those two are not the same thing. Everyone knows the campaign wasnt under investigation, nor was Trump at the time.

You keep living in this fantasy world where Trump is something illegal. It has been debunked many many times. Theres zero evidence he did.

So, running away then? I'm not conflating anything. You lied. You got cslled out. You folded. There is absolutely no obligation to tell the Trump campaign it has employees under investigation. Zero. Candidate Trump was owed nothing. He got nothing. It hurt his feelings. He tweets about it constantly. Boo hoo.

He finally admitted it!
He said before the bodled part, "because I had nothing to do"

By that logic, If I said "never have I fired a gun into the streets" you could quote me saying "I fired a gun into the streets" and I would be admitting I broke the law.

Know what I admit?
I heard someone compare this to capt Ahab and his quest for the white whale. Dems read “Moby ***” thinking it was an instruction manual.

A Dem actually managed to read something but completely missed the point? Well now, where have I seen that before?....

Hey don't attack Mueller, the guy did his job and did it well. He's been extremely professional and is just stating what was already said in both the report and from FBI policy / US Constitution. He made that conference because of all the Democrats trying to make him testify in front of congress, so instead he's just going to say his statements first and then walk away.

Mueller doesn't have to like or support President Trump, he only has to investigate fairly, which he did. When the democrats on his team were leaking stuff he put a stop to it. Mueller wrote his report, which we said he would do, delivered that same report, WITHOUT LEAKS, to the Department of Justice and then stepped away. He didn't get political, he didn't attack anyone on TV and he didn't leak half-truths or selective quotes taken out of context. Basically he was the most unbiased person in this entire ordeal, so cut him some slack when he's trying to go back to a peaceful civilian life.

Dems: Everything Trump tweets is complete nonsense.

Also Dems: I will use this one example of accidental phrasing as gospel truth because it suits my agenda.

Trump with a huge late night temper tantrum, threatening ineffective tariffs on Mexico to drive the stock market down and derail his already slim to none chance of getting NAFTA ratified. Free entertainment.

Mueller knew from day one that there was no collusion, yet permitted the entire public to think Trump had colluded with Russia by keeping the investigation open. This makes him complicit in the coup. Probably because Trump didn't give him a refund on his golf membership at Trump’s club.

This is why he does not want to testify, because the first question under oath is going to be, “hey if you knew Trump didn't collude before the midterms, why didn't you let everyone else know BEFORE the midterms?

Your being just as blind and fanatical as Vic and friends.

Mueller had a job, he did that job and did it professionally. You realize he is a registered Republican with decade's long history of being fair and unbiased. The man you criticize is a living legend amongst law enforcement, he's the farthest from a political hack. There is nothing the man said that I disagreed with, everything was correct and unbiased. He is not on Trump's team nor is he on the Dems team.

His result is this, no evidence of Trumps campaign working with Russia. Insufficient evidence of obstruction of justice.

Insufficient doesn't meen none, just not enough to meet the legal standard of preponderance of evidence. Preponderance means 51% or higher chance of a crime being committed, its the lowest legal standard we have. Beyond a reasonable doubt is the highest standard and its something like 99%. The actions if President Trump make obstruction a "possiblity" but not a "certainty". This means insufficient evidence of a crime. Now congress isn't a criminal court so the house can do whatever it wants. The Senate is who decides on impeachment and the Supreme Court overseas watches to make sure everyone follows the rules.

I can't say Trump is innocent (that's not how our justice system works). If a prosecutor said that about you, you could literally sue the government for million in defamation.

You've gone daffy on this part dude. This is the biggest shame of an "investigation" in history, and lefty shills are ready to toss out the presumption of innocence because they still can't get over loosing 2016

Nadler no longer wants to subpoena him anymore, is basically saying, I don't need to after he gave me this. Is that somehow coincidence Mueller gives a statement that magically removes the need for democrats to question him under oath?

Prosecutors say that all the time. Judges say that all the time.

You keep confusing legal terms with colloquial words. "I can't say <person X> is innocent" is a 100% valid statement.

Sometimes, non-P&R news is important enough that we should make an exception and discuss it anyway. After reading through the headlines, I discovered some troubling news that we should all be aware of....

/sigh....

Robert Pattinson is the new Batman.

And to top it all off, Kristin Stewart is going to be one of the leads in the new Charlie's Angels movie....

Maybe I should feel bad for judging actors based on one bad movie series from about a decade ago, but seeing as how they haven't been in anything noteworthy since then, I don't think any of us will be able to separate Bruce Wayne from Edward Cullen in our minds.

It's kinda like how in Batman & Robin we got to see George Clooney playing George Clooney playing Batman.

I'm ok with DC trying something new, nothing they have done since Dark Knight has worked. Marvel buried them with a 23 movie Infinity Saga, all they could do was try to rush out their own extended universe and it failed miserably. Blow it up, start over.

If they want to make a Batman movie where he is less punch-punch kick and more "World's Greatest Detective." I'm fine with that. Pattinson isn't an action star, but I've heard his performances have been fine since Twilight. If he is trying to solve a mystery murder that involves more sleuthing than rooftop interrogations, sure. For DC, it really can't get any worse.
