Remember when obama said we can’t drill our way to lower gas prices? ...
We didn't. It was a combination of things mostly fracking, Russia's need for foreign currency, and Saudi Arabia not wanting to loose market share.

You do know that fracking requires drilling right?

All dire predictions have not come true. NONE of them.

Exactly, science is a scam because it fails most of the time. I'm in total agreement with you. You can't trust a scientist ... but hey look, this billionaire contradicts the scientists, he have the proper answers ... look at how successful he is!
Verifiable science is.... verifiable.

30 years of false predictions means climate science is unverified.

Look at how this graph from 30 years ago doesn't perfectly match! Science is a lie.

If this was a pie graph you could convince me !

Science is not a religion or a ideology, it's a method that is used to pursue knowledge. You can not acquire new knowledge if you believe you already know everything, to this end real scientists will always insist they don't already know everything. Real scientists are constantly questioning what is "known", always testing it and retesting it looking for something that doesn't match up.

That is how we know Climate Science is ***, the current practitioners insist they already know everything, can't be questioned, and that the whole matter is "settled". The moment anyone use's those terms, it's ceased being science and turned into a religion.

The left carries 100% of this blame, they took a perfectly valid and true field of study, corrupted it, pumped money and prestige into it and turned it into a political weapon.

I will try to keep this is words of one syllable or less.

Fracking is about forcing cracks in the oil laden substrate that can't be accessed by conventional drilling. It also forces grit into those cracks so they don't close up again. Then fluid, or sometimes steam, is forced into the fractured field to force oil out.

This is WAY more complex than simply drilling down and pumping up.

Then there are the economic factors that led to a global glut in oil. I will go into these at some detail if requested.

In the meantime here is what Slate, known liberal site, says about Howard Schultz's vanity run:

Howard Schultz’s Appearance on Gwyneth Paltrow’s Podcast Should Tank His Presidential Candidacy

Best excerpt:

Quote:
Schultz made Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop Podcast one of his first stops—a puzzling choice for a would-be candidate who’ll have to win over swaths of the population that don’t belong to the engraved-24-karat-gold-sex-toy-purchasing demographic.

Heres the thing, weather station data pretty much coming from the same dataset which is very very flawed. These are the weatherstations in the middle of parking lots and next to exhaust vents etc.

Satellite data is much more reliable, and less prone to bias.

It'd be nice to know the 102 models used and if the CO2 data was adjusted.

How old are you?

They’ve been foretelling doom and catastrophe for 20 years. They have been consistently wrong when you look at anything but the data they can easily justify manipulating.

They have been consistently right. Temperature is rising and they could link that acceleration to human activity.

Only one solution !

CO2 does not drive temperature. It doesn’t do it on mars which is a frozen wasteland (95% co2) and it doesn’t do it on Venus which is as hot as an oven (95% co2). Its potential as a greenhouse gas is measurable and that value will never bring about catastrophe. We’ll all start to die of co2 poisoning hundreds of years from now before we start to wreck the climate.

The last 20 years have shown a very clear pause in the global temperature increase. This is despite pumping more CO2 into the atmosphere than anybody ever thought we would. By any objective measurement everyone who sounded the alarm was unequivocally wrong.

Trump savagery to starbucks CEO

Howard Schultz doesn’t have the “guts” to run for President! Watched him on @60Minutes last night and I agree with him that he is not the “smartest person.” Besides, America already has that! I only hope that Starbucks is still paying me their rent in Trump Tower!
