I'm confused so you are basing how good a movie is based on some guy on rotten tomatoes...that is just an average. Why don't you go see the movie and base it off that.
The only good thing RT is for is a general sense of how good it is. And whether a movie is a "rental" or a must see.
I'd say that places like RT aren't really useful for "good" or "bad" but instead for the general entertainment quality of a film. Take Commando from the 80's, objectively it's terrible as a movie. ***plot, minimal character development, generally bad acting (most early Arnold films were), but it's hilariously fun to watch. Like your laughing at how obscene it is and afterwards your chucking not only at how "BAD" it was but also at how "FUN" it was. Michael Bay's Transformers films fit into this category, if would just cut out all the stupid human dialog.
We can have bad films are that genuinely entertaining and don't leave us feeling like we've wasted our money to be preached to about being woke.
