He has willingly plead guilty to something he didn’t do so that he would get favorable treatment in the crimes he did commit.

Surely this isnt too complicated for you to understand?

So do you have any evidence of this or is it another conspiracy theory?

Its another conspiracy theory of course. A hilarious one. "Willingly plead guilty to crimes he didn't commit." Only nausi is stupid enough to post something like that.

How can he plead guilty to something that isn't a crime?

Because he didn't challenge it, yes that's possible in the US legal system.

He plead guilty to "campaign finance violations" to get a very light sentence on his "tax evasion" and "bank fraud" charges. The choice was pretty simple, fight all eight and have a high possibility of losing on the tax evasion / bank fraud charges then fave 10~15 in prison. Or plead guilty to all eight and face 4~5 years prison time. There was likely an unwritten stipulation on him saying precise wording about him saying "Candidate X knew about these things" since that's incredibly uncommon in plea deals.

You get less time for pleading guilty to all the charges then trying to fight and losing on the most serious ones. It's a tactic known as charge padding and prosecutors do it all the time.

Manafort was a prime example of this, there was eighteen charges against him yet the jury only found him guilty on eight, meaning ten get discarded. Cohen's trial would of been the same, guilty on the tax / fraud stuff and acquitted or hung jury on the campaign stuff.

All that needs to be said is this "Money to porn stars and playboy models to keep quite about a secret affair" is a "Campaign Contribution". That's a sitcom or late night talk show skit. Now if they had something about him funneling millions of USD from a foundation to support his campaign, might have something there, well not really even then.

You can't even be charged with something that isn't a crime, but that won't stop the spinning.

No not yet, but it's adding a lot of fuel on the ***show that is his presidency and it's entertaining.

You realize this only helps him get elected again in 2020.

Candidate Trump got elected because he was for more relatable to Joe six-pack then anyone the Democrats had. That the Democrats actively insulted and ridiculed Joe didn't help their cause any.

Democrats and their illegal foreign supporters (that's you) are now yelling that Candidate Trump is bad because he hooked up with porn starts and playboy models then paid them money to be quite about it. Not only that but his wife seems to be perfectly fine with this. Congrats you just made Trump out to be a stud.

Now I know the DNC and their propaganda arm has led you to believe they can arrest and put Not-My-President Trump on trial but that's not actually possible. The Constitution is pretty cut and clear about that part. In fact no Executive agency even has the authority to investigate the President, not the FBI, DEA, CIA, or DoD, not even the IRS. The only entity that can investigate the President is the entity Constitutionally empowered to do so, Congress.

That's how people know the entire Muller investigation is just a sham, Mueller included. So if tomorrow Mueller discovered evidence that President Trump is a Russian sleeper agent who murdered a few dozen children, the only thing he could do with it is give it to Congress, after the Democrat agents on his team "leaked" it of course. Congress would have to do an investigation, then in impeachment in the house, followed by a trial in the senate. And assuming every goes in accordance with the Democrats wildest dreams ... you get President Pence. Now since all that is a pure Democrat fantasy, what will likely happen is a colorful scandal that just gets him reelected. Clinton's scandal didn't hurt his public image in the slightest, if anything we just chuckle at "Slick Willie". Now we'll chuckle at Teflon Don's "campaign contributions" involving playmates and porn stars.

Jury couldn't agree on these 10 charges which led to a partial verdict and a mistrial for the 10 charges. He's getting a new trial again for these 10 charges, on top of his next trial in a couple weeks for foreign lobbying / whatever.

On they haven't said anything about that and almost guaranteed not to get him on those. Historically speaking trying to prosecute someone after a mistrial is extraordinarily difficult because the courts frown heavily on that.

You have no proof of this, the deals are meant to save time and money by not going into a trial, not to add random charges. You better have solid evidence before claiming something like that.

I already did, you just refused to accept it. Not like your a foreign agent providing illegal campaign contributions to the future Democrat nominee.

I haven't seen anything regarding the mistrial charges, I doubt they move to retry him, they got a conviction that carries a max of 80 years, he won't get that much but at 70 years old, it doesn't matter. And as you said, his larger trial starts in a few weeks. This was the smaller of the two trials and he is already looking at a life sentence.

The 8 federal felonies are similar in nature to the 10 that the jury couldn’t come to a unanimous decision on. It’s almost like they took mercy on him.

Despite Giuliani’s attempts to muddy the waters of public perception in team Trumps favor; the 8 convictions are not a good forecast for them.

Next months trial is the Conspiracy Against the United States as an unregistered foreign agent. The foundations of the prosecutions evidence were established via this past trial.

***is going to be entertaining. Especially on the very stable genius network.

Mueller has at least crossed the 5-yard line by now. I mean, he's successfully indicted some Russians who will never face justice. That's enough to get Vic and Zero to do a touchdown dance.
