Looks like Coca-Cola is raising prices for all of its soda products because of Trump's tariffs. I wonder if he will give them a bailout as well?

When I drink a soda in public I make sure to spray as much of it as possible into other people's noses and mouths.

Something tells me that they're being opportunistic here. The price of aluminum is insignificant when you're talking price per can, and aluminum prices have been falling for months anyway. Looking at other market costs, we're not anywhere near previous highs. I'm not buying their explanation yet, but I will be buying their competitors' products, assuming they don't try the same crap. Seems like the price of aluminum and steel have skyrocketed since Trump's stupid tariffs have been implemented.

Every American's quality of life is taking a hit because of these dumb tariffs, they have zero long term benefits. No one is going to give in to Trump's stupid ideas about trade. China can easily afford to wait him out, Fox keeps running with the headline that the EU made concessions, but can't seem to point them out.

The prices themselves haven't risen, just the prices to import (obviously). They both have an effect, but there is a distinction there. And this isn't supposed to be permanent. I'm withholding judgment until all is said and done. Since pleebo posted the "Hannity Agenda" all I can think about is all the good times I'd have at the re-education camp for deviants.
