Any thoughts on 15k non burst without any support? This is non ooze/elemental mobs as well.
Not sure if death can do it? even with my decent gear i cants break 11.5k with a tier 6 spell.

I'm 99% sure it cant be done, i mean elemental. Never tried death.

death works as long as, you have agro on the mob first, as opposed to running up and 1-shotting a non-agrod mob

Death counts, just tag the mob beforehand, and it seems in Omen, the sweetwater mobs are very likely to be KO'ed, in which case it doesn't counts, need to resist the death effect and do the actual dmg.
I can almost hit 12k on my RDM with T5 spells; I'm sure that a well geared BLM with T6 or a SCH with Ebullience and T5 can do it.

death one-shots the trans in there and it didnt count for me -.- maybe lock into my idle set for death will help? or remove dtaff maybe? No support as in solo or no buffs whatsoever? Blu with burst affinity can also do it but not sure without.
Also cascade at 3k should help a fair bit.
Haven't done the math since like alluvion skirmish era but back then for pure dmg Chatoyant Staff often beat ilvl staffs on higher tier nukes particularly with weather. Would need ES of course and would be hard to build tp killing stuff for cascade doing that though. negative. its not a static group. Just trying to brainstorm how to approach it if i am the BLM and i have zero assistance.
Could perhaps try Burn/Impact to help improve damage further as well, especially if you happen to have +2/3 Blm Relic feet.
I know one problem I was facing was T6 alone was not enough. I hit 12k-ish with pear crepe on blm/rdm with just e-seal.

Again, please don't list any support options here, this is a singular BLM trying to hit 15K non burst objective. (non ele/ooze mobs) Thanks! Death doesn't work if the death status effect lands. I haven't had issues with landing 15k with laevateinn /rdm unless they're strong to magic.
You should be going /SCH, matching weather to the day (and using that element nuke), and using the weather obi.

If you can stand to lose the macc path A lathi gets an extra 8 matk, 6 mdmg, and -1 Int over your amazing grio augment

So was looking into seeing if other nukes might be better and I can't find any of the info on the stats for T6 on wikis and brief checks on forums. Anyone know where that info is?
Also if you happen to go in on windday marin’s Staff +1 has wind magic attack bonus for an extra little boost
Agreed Nite. /sch and storm1 cascade will do it with any of the T6 elements.

[419 days between previous and next post]Realize this is old category. But with good MAB can be done on trans mobs. I solo omen on blm for cards as of late and about only time i take off AF body for nuking. BLM/SCH , pull frazzle, impact > burn (relic 3 feet) > tornado 2 > ice 6. Usually nets 17~19k. If iceday 20kish. Ideally best free nuke set is all relic+3. 4 pieces have macc plus elemental skill.
