Take away how you feel about the President. That is the first step towards being objective. Think for once. Judge Trump on what he does in 4 years. You can't say he is bad President after barely a year.
To the emotions are the only relative thing that exists. Post modernism says that since we can't validate any reality except the one we subjectively experience individually, then no objective reality can exist and all realities are equal. Progressive ideology takes this one step further and declares that since no reality is more equal then any other, the only thing that matters is subjective emotions and interpretations. Telling a Progressive to think objectively would be like telling a Christian to forget God.
Im still missing the linkage from when postmodernism went from a rational challenge of social norms to lets abandom everything and go all in.

There's a lot to like. I like him as a person. Seems like a good guy. Lots of good intentions. Has done a lot of good work post-office, generating a lot of good will and helping a lot of people.
Horrible president. Absolutely awful. Best ex president ever.

I'm still missing the link as to where "being guided by emotions are bad" and "unless it's Donald Trump, who governs entirely through, and is controlled totally by, emotions."

He feels it's true therefor it's true.

Postmodernism was ~always~ that way because by definition it must be that way. The "social norms" it was "challenging" was the modern concept of a singular objective reality. The same philosophy that gave us modern medicine and the scientific method by insisting on strict adherence to objectivity without emotional interpretation. Postmodernism is anti-scientific because it insists there is no singular objective reality and science requires objective reality to function. One can not wish away the laws of the universe and no amount of "hope and change" beliefs will effect the structural integrity of a bridge.
To a modernist an airplane fly's because the laws of physics says it must fly. To a postmodernist the airplane fly's because the people on board believe it should fly. Postmodernism gave birth to all the intellectual stupidity and political correctness we see today precisely because it refuses to accept objective reality. A modernist will look for the casual mechanics in objective reality to explain a particular phenomenon. A postmodernist will instead use how they feel to describe that same phenomenon. It's why virtually all scientists are modernists while all artists / writers / actors are postmodernists. The left has fully embraced postmodernism because it allows them to say and do whatever they want without consequence or requirement of objective proof. It also enables a very easy method of turning followers into fanatics.
So now look back all the leftists here and the emotionally charged ***they say. It should make sense that they truly believe that because they feel something is true, then it must therefor be true. No rational objective weighting of material or fact finding was done, they felt person X was bad therefor they are bad, end of story, no evidence required. They will believe and do anything their emotions tell them they must believe or do. It's also far easier to manipulate someone emotionally then it is to argue rationally.

Been hilarious watching Trump and his band of idiots spin themselves into a frenzy about a book that they allowed and encouraged being published about them. You let an author live in the West Wing for a year, record convos, take notes, interview whoever he wanted...did they think a movie was being made?

The evidence is right before your eyes. Except you "feel" I'm wrong, therefore I'm wrong to you.
That's the problem with your line of thinking. You're quoting everything you say as absolute fact and everything anyone else says as a lie. That is not a tenable position.
I can agree with Fone in that the actual actions taken have resulted in few actual problems as of yet, when you remove the drama from the situation.
But to pretend Trump is not an overly-emotional man controlled almost entirely by his feelings and desire for praise is to be deliberately blind. He is the dictionary definition of self-aggrandizement.

Quote: Postmodernism describes a broad movement that developed in the mid- to late 20th century across philosophy, the arts, architecture, and criticism which marked a departure from modernism. While encompassing a broad range of ideas, postmodernism is typically defined by an attitude of skepticism, irony, or rejection toward grand narratives, ideologies, and various tenets of universalism, including objective notions of reason, human nature, social progress, moral universalism, absolute truth, and objective reality.[4] Instead, postmodern thinkers may assert that claims to knowledge and truth are products of social, historical or political discourses or interpretations, and are therefore contextual or socially constructed. Accordingly, postmodern thought is broadly characterized by tendencies to epistemological and moral relativism, pluralism, irreverence, and self-referentiality.
The term postmodernism has been applied both to the era following modernity and to a host of movements within that era (mainly in art, music, and literature) that reacted against tendencies in modernism. Postmodernism includes skeptical critical interpretations of culture, literature, art, philosophy, history, linguistics, economics, architecture, fiction, feminist theory, and literary criticism. Postmodernism is often associated with schools of thought such as deconstruction and post-structuralism, as well as philosophers such as Jean-François Lyotard, Jacques Derrida, and Frederic Jameson. Whether or not you're right, "What are ya, blind?" is a weak tool in an argument. Just as there is evidence that Trump governs through emotions, there is also plenty of evidence that he is highly calculated in his actions. Just because you only see one side doesn't make it exclusively true.

He mostly governs by live tweeting Fox "news".

Only their feelings matter and it makes them feel better to insult President Trump. The dude beat both political parties in the the USA at a fraction of the cost. That's more of an accomplishment then any of the local idiots can claim. It's also the single indisputable proof the guy knows exactly what he is doing.

Haha you didn't read your own quote.
Post modernism = whatever someone feels it is. Also put it has no objective reality.

Heres the truth, all that “trump is unhinged” bs is just what the left thinks it needs to feed you in order to keep you donating money to the cause because they dont have anything else to say.

Twitter only works if you have a certain level of power/fame. If you don't have enough power/fame it is pointless.

Hillary broke the law, but she wasn't punished for it. There is ample evidence of this, inclusive of a FBI report illustrating such occurrences.

That makes zero sense .... I mean literally no rational sense whatsoever.
Taking what someone you don't like says and swapping out your own words is what seven year old's do on the playground.

The FBI investigator actually helped cover it up. Changed several words in the final report so as to remove any criminal liability in his effort to ensure her election. There is actual documented proof here, not fantasy land imaginary allegation but actual texts, reports and paperwork. The FBI was so confident of Hillary's election they didn't even bother concealing the ***they were doing.
