Honestly I don’t think trump is too worried about collusion with Russians being discovered through the probe but these probes have a way of finding out other things in the process and I think he might be More worried about what they find about his finances...

If the Dossier was used as primary evidence to get authorization for any other evidence, anything recovered or derrived from anything recovered becomes completely invalid in all past, current and future cases.

Dossier used as primary evidence to prove probably cause and get FISA warrant to wiretap someone. While wiretapping obtain evidence the person is evil and has done bad things. Later Dossier is found out to be fallacious, immediately all evidence recovered from wiretapping also becomes fallacious and is thrown out.

So they could actually have a audio tape of Trump and Putin plotting, and it wouldn't be admissible if the dossier was used as primary evidence.

Speaking of MSM, I've seen Fox News talk about MSM as though they aren't MSM. This made me giggle.

MSM now has largely been used to relate to the liberal media establishment and their tendency to just source each other.

WaPo release's an article with anonymous sources, prior to release they send said article to CNN, Slate, HuffPost and various other outlets who edit the words and then release their own version. They each do this non-stop and it creates the illusion the story was valid, when in fact it was a single unnamed anonymous source with unverified information distorted several times over again.

This only works because us humans like to separate ourselves into tribes. Members of Team Blue won't listen to anything not labeled as from team Blue (same with team Red). As long as all the information providers of Team Blue coordinate their information, they can control the perspective and thus the actions of members of Team Blue. If any member of Team Blue went out and took non-Blue authorized material seriously, they would risk being ostracized and ejected from The Team. Our natural fear of being ejected from the tribe guides us to avoid being ejected. Long time ago being ejected from the tribe was guaranteed death.

This isn't something exclusive to Team Blue, they just happen to be the ones best at using it. Religions have used this inherent human weakness to enslave people for thousands of years. the Democrat party is no different.

That would be an exercise outside the scope of the original probe. You cannot just probe into a sitting president because "it was her turn".

The fact that a presidential campaign was able to funnel something entirely unverified into and through the FISA court to facilitate the abuse of the surveillance state in regards to the other presidential campaign is a massive abuse of power.

Doesn't matter if it was the primary or majority source of anything.

If a cop plants an ounce of weed, or an ounce of heroin, he's still planting evidence.

That's not what primary evidence means.

It's about probable cause which is the requirement to get a warrant. Primary evidence means the evidence that directly leads to probably cause, any other supporting evidence may assist the primary but doesn't have sufficient weight on it's own. It's important because if supporting evidence was illegal the warrant may still be valid as the primary evidence would of gotten it approved anyway. Read up on probable cause to see where this all boils down to.

My guess is they could not reup the warrant wothout the dossier.
