A court can't strike anything down until someone with legal standing brings a case to it, that's it. Double jeopardy has nothing to do with laws.

Double jeopardy has nothing to do with laws. No, but they have everything to do with lawsuits. If a lawsuit is stricken down due to issues regarding the courts/judges, there is a strong case against holding the same lawsuit in court again.

There is no striking it down prior to his signing because no one would have standing yet, and you're confusing the 5th amendment with precedent.

A judge cannot strike an EO as unconstitutional, ever, when such EO has not been signed by the President. Trump has not signed this EO draft and will not sign it until tomorrow. Seriously, can you read Pleebo, or is this a natural talent of yours?

There's no ambiguity or possibility it gets brought back to court...

That's also not the same thing lol... even if trump signs the EO there's nothing the courts can do about it until, someone with standing, challenges it in court...
So if trump signs it and no one challenges it in court there's nothing the courts can do about it... The courts don't just react to the EO and such...

There's no ambiguity or possibility it gets brought back to court... Also protects against certain mistrials, such as governmental or court action that causes a mistrial due to bad faith.
Also, just in case you guys don't believe that is precedence: Oregon v. Kennedy

Also, doesn't double jeopardy only affect individual citizens from prosecution from the government?

Prosecutorial misconduct in a criminal trial... the court of appeals overturned the conviction from the second trial because of the original mistrial and the "overreach"
Double jeopardy was referenced in this case but it didn't prevent them from bringing a second trial after the first mistrial...it didn't have anything to do with the actions of the courts or judges but the prosecutor and it seems like they overturned it because the prosecutor in this case was going out of his way to convict this guy with skethy testimony...
I still don't see what this has to do with anything you've said...

You can't be put on criminal trial for the same crime but you can have civil suits brought against you ex: CA v OJ (criminal) followed up with Goldman v OJ (Civil).

What I said was specifically government bringing action against citizens...
Double jeopardy was passed so that citizens weren't harassed by the government once they'd already been acquitted... it even addresses mistrials on your link as well..
Maybe you should go read the section on double jeopardy in the link you put up...

So this happened. Was from her verified personal twitter. Possible it wasn't her, but still lol.
Melania Trump's Twitter Just Liked a Tweet About How Much She Hates Her Husband
Gizmodo said: Melania Trump’s personal Twitter account has been dormant since election day. Once a prolific tweeter, the first lady has since transferred her activity to the @FLOTUS account—she doesn’t use it very much. But the Twittersphere lit up this evening with screenshots of a tweet that was liked from her personal account, which suggests that the rumors of her dislike for her husband could be very true.

She probably has an intern run her twitter. I don't think Melania is the Twitter type.

I like Twitter it's pretty convenient to group up all your interests in one place. I don't use it as a social media platform or tweet, I actually keep it private with 0 followers. I just have one to follow a bunch of news & politics sources right and left, sports teams/updates, video game developers, various people within those industries, my favorite personalities, comedians etc. You can even follow your favorite pornstars, Fone!
Speaking of Jeopardy, Ken Jennings is a favorite tweeter of mine.

I wonder what great aphorisms the porn stars come up with like "As I gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes into me"
