When my insurance used to cost me 8k a year and now it costs me 8k plus a 2k deductible, you have effectively given me insurance that I will never use.

You get to call me covered but I still can't afford to goto the dr.

It was made in hopes to make healthcare more affordable.

I mean, it's the first *** point in the DNC's propaganda releasing.

Let's check off what the DNC said it would do but didn't:

-It didn't give "Quality, affordable health care for all Americans"
-It didn't "Improving the quality and efficiency of health care" (it takes you weeks to see the doctor now, instead of a most a day prior)
-It didn't "Prevention of chronic disease and improving public health" (as evidenced here)
-It didn't create or improve "Transparency and program integrity"
-It didn't "Improving access to innovative medical therapies" (hell, anyone who pays attention to Medicaid, the biggest chunk of free Obamacare, would see that. How many people died while waiting for Medicaid treatments who would have been treated if Obamacare didn't place people who shouldn't be on Medicaid just last year? Wasn't it almost 70 people?)
-It didn't improve "Community living assistance services and supports" because those who would have been on Medicaid's rolls without Obamacare forcing them on it has received less services and support because of all the extra people on Medicaid.
-Most importantly, it didn't come close to it's stated "Revenue provisions" goal. Remember, Obamacare was "supposed" to have paid for itself due to the increased taxes. Which fell short, greatly.

Now we saw that the dems/liberals got everything wrong, we can also verify that what the Republicans stated when the law was signed would happen.....happened

Just admit it Pleebo, the law you support so strongly (because of feels and ducktape), it's a massive failure and is a major player in holding back this country from growing in prosperity. You are just too pigheaded to admit it.

So, you aren't refuting that the law not only failed to do any of the propaganda the DNC made when the law was released, it even failed to do anything that would signify it as a success after 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 times the goalposts were moved to classify this law as a success.

Why are you trying to hard to defend such a bad law? Is it because your lord and savior Obama helped create it?

Ya know, Trump isn't really bound to classic Republican ideology at all. But he does want to be popular.

And really, the only way to save money on healthcare would be to go single payer or go heavily regulated, like Japan or Germany. Both of these models are anathema to classic Republican ideology. Both would grant Trump's campaign promise to cover everyone.

But the German style plan keeps the all important insurance lobby on board.

Team Trump could get a LOT of Democrats on board with a universal health insurance plan.
