Then there are things you want but either physically or emotionally cannot have.
Which brings us to the transgender debate. Especially towards those who want or believe that genders go beyond nature. Realistically speaking, you can't go against what you are born as, no matter how much you feel like it. Psychologically speaking, wanting such changes may indicate some deeper meanings, like how dissatisfied one is with their lives that they choose to escape reality and want to live in a fantasy where they can change their sex freely, like some lizard.
Protip: Lizardpeople aren't real. Stop trying to emulate them.
