I highly doubt Trump is accountable for anything related to Russia, I think he's just an idiot, but it wouldn't be surprising if people around him are accountable for some things. As for Trump not winning without Russia's help, it's impossible to tell honestly. Comey stated the Russian operation goal was to help Trump win but when they saw he had absolutely no chance of winning, they changed their plan to just hurt Clinton as much as possible to undermine her presidency. The main issue that I see is the following attitude: *Someone does something illegal to reveal nasty truths about Clinton or her team* - "Who cares what Clinton and her team did? We have to get to the bottom of who was behind the leak!" *Someone does something illegal to reveal nasty truths about Trump or his team* - "Who cares who was behind the leak? We have to hold Trump and his team accountable for this!"

Comey came out and said there was no evidence. Using a phrase like "influencing the electoral process" is very broad and could imply a million things.
