And that's when you know people are ignorant and will literally never learn.

My bad for assuming otherwise.

And that's what you call a personal attack.. You know those things that people around here use when they cannot make a valid argument.

Yo the ads are getting out of control on this site. Horrible.

What ads oh you mean something like this:

I can ignore those but the new video ads I'm getting are terrible.
You shouldn't be getting video ads idt. Thought Scragg disallowed them.

There's a local mom that knows one weird trick for getting rid of video ads. Advertising execs hate her!

I think a personal attack would be a little more harsh that that.

Pre or post transition doesn't matter at all.

Yes, it does, or we wouldn't be having this conversation.
A transwoman is a woman, regardless of her stage of transition.

A transman is a man, regardless of his stage of transition.

The end.

No the end is after a transition.
You're never going to be correct about anything, are you?

You're saying a transition doesn't have an end?
Sure doesn't. Hormone replacement therapy is an ongoing process for the rest of their life.

So the persons own body is telling them to be the gender they where born into until the day they die.
There are people who lose gonads, or naturally have lowered hormones who also take said therapy to maintain their birth sender's functionality, so you're a tad off there.

Never heard the term birth sender before.. Why do we need even more terminology for this crap? If I understand w/e you mean by Birth Sender (born gender?) You're basically saying people take hormones after something happens to them to stay healthy? You're using this as an argument for Trans? You realize they are doing the opposite? And I am the one that is off?

Cool, adding the word ignorant back into my vocabulary then.

I was making a general observation towards a few people. If that's a personal attack worthy of a topic ban, so be it.

I'd have been significantly more vicious if it were a personal attack out of anger.

Birth gender; Google messed up my keyboard.

Also, there are reasons other than appearance to maintain hormones such as osteoporosis, weight gain (your body will try to gain estrogen from fat), mood swings, withdrawal symptoms, and the like can also lead to suffering.

It doesn't mean stupid, it means you don't know any better. If you're adding it to your vocabulary make sure you aren't ignorant as to its usage.

The message of the sane is to help people understand and accept the LGBT community, and it's the reason that you have made as many strides as you have. The message that people often hear, though, is that anyone who disagrees, speaks out of turn, says one thing wrong in a secretly recorded phone call, struggles to come to terms with it for religious reasons, etc. should be metaphorically eviscerated with hate-spewing speech, death threats, and sometimes even actual violence. That's the fringe.

It's a good thing that there are kind-hearted and good people in the LGBT community that invite acceptance through their examples, because it amazes me that they are getting so far in spite of the socially-acceptable defending of the actions of the most vile members of the Left.
Boo. Bigots get mean things said to them. Meanwhile lgbt are still being assaulted and killed in this country by hateful ***. I'd avoid bringing up fringe elements because the other side has a much more horrific track record. (Plus it's a *** cheap strawman)

That's how screwed up this is, I wasn't surprised one bit that "Birth Sender" would have been a new term.

Anyways, I wasn't talking about appearance.

Being Fat isn't healthy.

I'm quite aware what it means, thanks. I've said nothing that is ignorant or stupid. If so please by all means call it out.

It is rather suspect to throw out insults randomly when I have been quoted by him and having a conversation with him for 2 pages now.

That's fine though, idc. Just remember the next time someone reports me for calling them ignorant. (The proper way of coarse) Have fun distinguishing that.

Okay, so it's socially acceptable to be vile and incredibly counterproductive to your own cause... because bad people exist. Fighting hatred with hatred is okay because we can attach a catch-all (and completely overused) label to our enemies. Doing things in a way that actually changes hearts is too hard, so let's completely overlook and/or defend our fringe, because they have one too. I think I'm getting it now. I'm just not sure I can fully adopt such a mindset, though, because no matter how hard I try I simply can't manage to get lodge my head so far up my own rectum.

Socially acceptable? Nope. But then again, being gay wasn't socially acceptable all that long ago.

Being shitty towards bigots is an objectively better response then murdering people based on sexual preference.

Wow, you're really taking this strawman and running with it.

Who said whatever the *** you're making up would be ok? I'm saying it has *** all to do with anything. You brought up fringe as your usual tiresome false equivalence tactic. The fringe is by definition the fringe because it's not representative of the greater group. I'm not trying to ascribe the ideals of transphobes to you so piss off for trying to impose your idea of "the fringe" on me.

Anyone remember that time where "Doing things in a way that actually changes hearts" totally worked for Martin Luther King Jr?

Took seven years after his death, after protests that escalated into riots and a wave of civil disobedience, before ***started changing. And the process after that took another five before it 'peaked'. And the process is still ongoing today.

So, yeah. Lashing out at the people treating you like ***seems to work a LOT better.

Do we need to really have "the talk".. Children need to be separated by gender, no ifs and or buts.

Quote:
WASHINGTON — President Obama on Monday made an impassioned argument for his administration’s decision to instruct public schools to allow transgender students to use the bathroom that matches their gender identity, saying that society must protect the dignity and safety of vulnerable children.
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/05/17/us/politics/obama-defends-transgender-directive-for-school-bathrooms.html?partner=rss&emc=rss&_r=0

If all it took for me to get into the girls locker room in school(legitimately) was to say "I feel like a girl today".....

Does this conversation really need to take place? Is this
