If he somehow pulls off a win I'll have to eat my hat.

Metaphorically speaking.
So many people have made dumb threats surrounding all the candidates that it's lost all meaning.

I'm still waiting for all of those people to who promised to move to Canada when [insert president here] was elected to actually go.
Why? There's only like two people that ever move... Millions of people make that threat every election cycle...

Looks like we've gone "full retard" (that's a movie reference ya whiners) on the transgender bathroom issue.

Quote:
The University is temporarily changing its policy on gender-neutral bathrooms after two separate incidents of “voyeurism” were reported on campus September 15 and 19. Male students within the University’s Whitney Hall student residence were caught holding their cellphones over female students’ shower stalls and filming them as they showered.

So yada yada yada, this is the biggest issue with allowing men into women's room and vice versa. We told you so, we told you so. Yet despite the inevitable happening, the university in question is still so paralyzed by PC *** that the dean still can't scrap the rule.

Quote:
“Given the serious nature of these incidents and the impact on directly affected students, we made the decision to specifically designate some washrooms in Whitney Hall for those who identify as men and those who identify as women,” Scott said.

Which is the inherent flaw in any of this garbage, I can identify as male one day and female the next and if you don't believe me, then as our friends on the LGBT side say, you're a homo/les/bi/trans-PHOBIC bigot. Sorry guys, but it looks like the creeps outnumber the very very small number of transgender people among us. Can we go back to reality now? Or shall we move onto the next stage of the madness as establishing some kind of benchmark for an authentic trans person?

Reality is scary.

We are the ones being fearful though Nausi.. When you can wrap your head around that logic, let me know.

Meanwhile in Reality.

Our borders have not been even close to secure for quite some time. As most of us have know for a long time.
Quote:
Border Patrol agents have been ordered to release dripping-wet illegal immigrants at the Rio Grande unless they actually see them climbing out of the river, creating what amounts to “an open border with Mexico,” the chief of the agents’ labor union told Congress in new testimony last week.

Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, told the House Judiciary Committee that agents were given the orders verbally soon after President Obama laid out plans for limiting immigration enforcement in 2014.

“We have apprehended illegal aliens just north of the border who are still soaking wet from crossing the river. If they claim, as increasingly they are doing, that they have been here since January 1, 2014, we will process and then release them,” Mr. Judd said in written testimony following up on questions from a hearing earlier this year.

Look at it from the perspective of a legal argument. How do you know they weren't just out taking s swim if you weren't observing them crossing from the shore?

Real question is why are they not patrolling the shoreline and intercepting there? Sounds like bad logistics.

So wait... You're using an incident that happened in a Canadian unisex bathroom... Not a gender specific bathroom that people would enter as the sex they identify as for the example to do away with this? I mean all this story really shows is that unisex bathrooms lead to this specific incident and it doesn't even seem to involve transgendered people...

If anything doesn't this show that Hetero guys can't be trusted to control themselves? Are you saying that having separate bathrooms has stopped people from trying to peep or that people who peep now won't be punished regardless?

There are a great deal of better arguments you can make against this issue than the one you are currently attempting to... I'd say to stop just regurgitating the bs you find on Hotair.com

Yup, out taking a swim. The common sense is strong with this one.

For one they are trespassing and should be required to show ID. Oh wait that racist!

I don't know much about patrolling the Mexican border or how hard border patrol's job is, nor do I know much about their tactics on those waters.

What I do know is that there are at least a handful of highly dutiful, dedicated...over-zealous...border patrol agents on Lake Erie that could be relocated in a heartbeat.

If they care half as much about stopping immigrants on the Rio Grande as they do harassing people boating for leisure and going on day trips back and forth from Canada then there won't be an immigration problem.

Not particularly... A lot of it has been with how deviant Fran's people are or just how uncomfortable people might be with someone from the opposite sex in their facility... Regardless of how anyone identifies which is a valid concern on the latter...

Punishing one group of people though because another group of people can't be asked to control themselves is kinda ludicrous...

What's to stop someone from dressing up anyways and trying to sneak in? Do you know any statistics regarding people entering facilities of the opposite sex to commit a crime such as peeping or assaulting them? Are we doing anything to prevent that now from happening or are we just worried about a trans in another bathroom?

I think there are plants of valid concerns regarding this disuse but man...

This again? What's the likelihood people have already shared the facilities with transgender people and never even knew? Crazy idea here, maybe people are using restrooms as intended?

I honestly don't know why we don't just have human bathrooms instead of 2 or 3 male female other bathrooms.

Sinks in the middle that divide a room of urinals on the left and mass stalls on the right.
Basically the mens room at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

It's interesting you ask this.

What's funny is the entire problem isn't anything to do with transpeople at all.

It's the societal stigmatization of our natural bodies. Because, you know.

We should be ashamed of what we are and the things that naturally occur completely beyond our control.

Doesn't matter though. It's the same as every other discussion. Lets make the 99% suffer so the 1% can feel better about themselves.
