You misunderstand. The argument I just made does not need the complete abortion encyclopedia to be valid. The base subject is all that Is required, anything else is a distraction and waste of effort. Especially since nobody here can/will agree on anything anyways. I should have used another subject I guess, mentioning abortion was bound to ignite the fire when none needed lit in the first place.
Asura.Floppyseconds said: »How do courts work then? Abortion was legalized the same way gay marriage was. Do they just go into a room and when the smoke changes colors we know they decided somehow to legalize these things? Pretty sure someone has to make a reasonable argument. "Life begins at conception" or "I was taught this growing up" isn't a reasonable one. This is exactly why I was being vague. This is deflection away from what Jos and I were discussing. It has nothing to do with it at all.

The notion/idea that a white man cannot accurately represent a black one is racism.

Saying they can't be trusted to specifically help x demographic is racist? Yeah, because we've been doing such a great job of that.
103 years after we abolished legal slavery for segregation to be abolished. Took 14 years of particularly hard pushing before any real progress was made.
72 years of women actively pushing for equal rights before they mostly caught up. Hundreds of years predate this, though.
Oh, and then they decided to some fantastic things to the Japanese-Americans along the west coast after Pearl Harbor happened only 70 years ago.
Super trustworthy people. Especially well known for being awesome towards minority groups.

I told you guys you could see who was prejudice just by watching the reactions.
That kind of person can not be reasoned with, they are fanatical in their belief.

The notion/idea that a white man cannot accurately represent a black one is racism. It's less a question of if they can and more a question of if they are.

Yes. To say a person/group of people can or cannot do something because they are white is racism.
Have you ever actually looked up the definition of racism? I mean it's more than just verbal diarrhea to hurl at white people.

The United States Congress, which is primarily white and male, has, very factually, treated minority demographics very poorly. And have only given in under extreme pressure for the outside and some pressure from within. Said demographics have absolutely no reason to trust them.
And reverse racism isn't a thing. Discrimination? Yeah, definitely. But whites will not, in any predictable future, be subjugated by any minority group in the United States.

Racial discrimination (discrimination based on race) is racism.
There is no "they deserve it card" because they're white.

Sadly, there is.. It's all a conspiracy to make a 52 card deck to rival the traditional poker deck!

White male, yes. Apparently I don't, because I don't get feels when I'm told being treated like ***by a person from a minority isn't racism/misandry.

For all those saying Obama is kicking Illegals out of the country. Here you go.
Quote: But, he says, aliens here illegally with deferred action will be eligible for "earned-benefit programs."
"A non-qualified alien is not categorically barred, however, from participating in certain federal earned-benefit programs associated with lawfully working in the United States — the Social Security retirement and disability, Medicare, and railroad-worker programs — so long as the alien is 'lawfully present in the United States as determined by the (Secretary),'" says the solicitor general.
The "secretary" here is the secretary of Homeland Security.
"An alien with deferred action is considered 'lawfully present' for these purposes," says the solicitor general.
So, as explained to the Supreme Court by Obama's solicitor general, when DHS grants an alien here illegally "deferred action" under the president's DAPA policy, that alien is not given "lawful immigration status" and can be removed from the country "at any time." However, according to the solicitor general, that alien will be authorized to work in the United States and will be "considered 'lawfully present'" for purposes of being eligible for "the Social Security retirement and disability, Medicare, and railroad-worker programs."
The U.S. Constitution imposes this straightforward mandate on the president: "(H)e shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed."
When the Supreme Court agreed in January to hear U.S. v. Texas, it made a telling request. It asked the parties to argue whether Obama's DAPA policy "violates the Take Care Clause of the Constitution."
The Obama administration has taken care of just one thing here: It has constructed a convoluted — and unconvincing argument — it hopes will provide the activists on the Supreme Court with a cover story to explain why this president need not faithfully execute the nation's immigration laws. http://cnsnews.com/commentary/terence-p-jeffrey/obama-claims-power-make-illegal-immigrants-eligible-social-security
They can probably vote as well. Prepare for Texas to turn blue folks!
