Looks like Cruz has won BIG.

Hmm "BIG" is a bit overstated. If it was something like Texas then it's "BIG".

Cruz: 33 Delegates
49.4%
409,490

Trump: 3 Delegates
33.8%
280,156

Kasich: 0 Delegates
14.4%
119,437

Undecided: 6

Total primary so far

Total: 1397 (100%)
Trump: 740 (52.9%)
Cruz: 514 (36.7%)
Kasich: 143 (10.2%)

Cruz definitely got the delegates but Trump does show a good amount of voter support.

Here is a map of the voter districts and you can see how the support for each is distributed.

*factitious

Damn it Rooks, give me my edit feature back, or I'll sic Nausi and his garbage trucks after you!

I thought y'all were the party of personal responsibility. Use the preview feature.
Please, you of all people should know that we only want other people to be personally responsible.

Us being responsible is a pipe dream.

And yes, I'm being factitious again. At least I made sure the spell checker didn't change it again this time.

Just curious. Rav is from Indiana, Alti mentioned Michigan, and Nausi is from Penn, right?

Yup, that's me. Raised in the state that people know about because they had to pass through it at some point to go somewhere else.

Might have to scrub everyone's brain out with bleach and brillow pad for effectiveness.

Which is why there is the fear of wanting to push the country towards a christian theocracy.
Seriously? A christian theocracy? Do you understand how absurd that is?
Maybe I could have found a better term, but what would you call it if somebody running for president wanted to push laws in this country based on their faith?

Umm a democracy...

Theocracy is a government controlled by a religious caste / counsel. Monarchy is a government controlled by a monarch (royal family), Aristocracy is a government controlled by a noble families where admittance is based on blood relations. Democracy is a government controlled by elected representatives.

The natures of the laws passed doesn't matter, it's who is in control of the government that does.

Actually it does, hence why we're a constitutional Republic and not a Democracy.

the Sanders campaign - and what it may mean to future campaigns - is terrifying.

Terrifying? I bet 80% of his supporters don't realize the average person is gonna live on ~100 bucks less per week under his tax plan. That's ALOT of money do anyone that works. I mean i know the media is in the tank for their fellow liberals and socialists over us conservatives, but there's no way that would be buried for an entire campaign season.

I'd crack about needing a citation for this, but I know you would believe it regardless of it being outright untrue.

Also "alot" isn't a word.

Also, guess what? Everyone pays additional payroll taxes, employers pay an additional 6.2% over what the employee pays, Social Security tax also increases too. Foreign tax credits get phased out further, gift tax exemption gets reduced, multinationals get hit the hardest (guess who's moving to Canada or Mexico?), estate taxes go way up, among other things that probably will go over your head, if the following paragraph didn't do so already.

Even the tax foundation acknowledged that Sander's tax plan will hurt the economy much more than any other candidate's tax plan, including Trumps.

Its not growing balls really.

It has been said that the collective IQ of a mob can be calculated by taking the average IQ of its members and dividing by the number of members. A mob of 1,000 people is about as bright as an earthworm.

TLDR: It ain't courage, its stupidity.
