Isn't the idea that you can't limit access because some people abuse the system the very basis of opposition to gun legislation?
I didn't know an amendment existed that said "shall not be denied over-priced junk food".
I'm not saying the regulations for assistance programs don't need massive rework
You're kind of suggesting to make them even worse..
There's even legitimate reasons to include convenience stores like 24 hour access
Because people need a junk food fix right now! No waiting til business hours!!
