It means being topicbanned at the drop of a hat for starting trouble is a punishment, but not the complete lockdown it used to be. Also, the timeframe is vague for a couple of reasons: - I'm not going to lock/move a topic with an active discussion just because it hit some arbitrary page count/day limit. If there's a lull and it's about time, then sure, but a couple extra pages/days isn't a big deal. - If there's an exact timeframe, then that just gives people a window where it's like "eh, a day of topicban is worth it to call Altima a <insert whatever here>".

I think P&R topics need a new report feature, or a report option like "Instigating a fight"
There are 2 posts in the Random P&R thread that's just that, but it's neither "excess hostility" nor "It's harassing me/another user"

you have 150 Energy points 3 energy points regen every 5 mins -post has a limit number of 100 words. -each PR post consumes 15 points. -Editing a post consumes 50 -you get 1 energy point per [+] you receive -you loose an energy point when you receive a [-] -use new P&R Postcount points to buy items, such as a Sword (can attack an user in a post, and reduces their energy points) or shield (defends against said attack) -use AHCrstals to buy more posts with no word limit, Counter Shields (defends and counters, stealing attacker's energy points) -fancy ms paint animation of an avi attacking another avi -get level ups in P&R XP idk.
