Hmm I don't know how good of a metric this is since less is usually better when it comes to government. The more laws you have on the books the more money you must spend to enforce, track and administer those laws. I'm of the opinion that all laws should have a default expiration date built in and need to be reauthorized or amended routinely.

One of my favorite suggestions I have seen was in The Moon is a Harsh Mistress, where it was suggested that there be a house of Congress in a government whose entire purpose was to review and repeal laws passed by the other(s).

There are a lot of incredibly important laws whose expiration could have dire consequences should a Congress fail to reauthorize them in a timely manner- something which a political party could use to hold the other ransom.

If they're part of the republican or democrat party they are truly the least effective members of congress and for this country period. Our sovereignty and the liberties of its people are not for sale. Justice shall prevail against these false representatives.

Yeah, but the Jews bought them, right? :P
You hit the nail on the head even if you was being sarcastic lol
The american Jewish committee also known as the AJC is the most powerful lobbying committee in Washington DC who contribute to campaign donations. Don't forget Goldman Sachs which is owned by a pro zionist CEO who's company is the largest campaign donation to both the Republicans and Democrats party's. Also don't forget Israel a foreign country that also donates to U.S elections which should not be allowed they think and act like they our are 51st state. Our country needs to wake up. I'll make a topic about Israel in the near future for educational purposes.

Don't hurt yourself floppy I know the truth can hurt sometimes look up the AJC and Goldman Sachs and Isreal if you don't believe me. And before anyone says alex Jones ect he would never talk bad about Israel his boss is Jewish. It's true lol there is a interview with him and dr. David Duke was really enlightening when alex couldn't accept actual facts for once. It was shocking.

That's not made upIt's not against the rules when you only want to respond to a specific part. I did not change the meaning of what you said. The entire sentence means the same thing.

The only rule around quoting is to not quote rule-breaking posts. Quotes are by their nature unreliable here, and should always be treated as such.

Don't be afraid of different opinions. There's opinions, there's different opinions, there's crazy opinions, then there's Alex Jones.
Guess which one is considered "bat-***crazy"?
These Are the Least-Effective Members of Congress
Inside Gov
Needless to say the list is too long to reprint. This is the lead in article part:
Quote: According to a July Gallup poll, public approval of Congress has fallen to near-record lows. On average, 34% of the population approves of a given Congress. The current 114th Congress has a 17% approval rating.
Americans have reason to be concerned. According to GovTrack.us, the last two Congresses have enacted fewer laws than any other Congress since 1947. And the 114th Congress may just surpass them all in terms of doing nothing.
House Speaker John Boehner has argued that “We ought to be judged on how many laws we repeal"—not by the laws they pass. Even by that metric, Boehner’s Congress is still underperforming as a law must be passed to repeal another one.
While Congress has been inefficient across the board, some members have been exceptionally unexceptional. Using data from GovTrack, InsideGov created an Effectiveness Score to determine the least-effective members of Congress.
The effectiveness score is the percentage of bills sponsored by each congressperson over their time in office that went on to pass committee. The score does not factor in the percentage of bills that turned into law because such a small number of proposed bills and resolutions actually become laws.
While it’s true that some congresspeople intentionally make an effort to stymie fast-tracked legislation, the members on this list are sponsoring their own legislation and not getting it passed through committee.
This list only includes members of Congress who have served at least one full term and does not include bills introduced in the 114th Congress, since they still have time to get passed.
These are the 35 least-effective members of Congress. See if your representatives make the list:
