This patch was almost all under the hood work; XIV data mining work (update on that below) and a lot of cleanup in preparation for new hires. I made sure to get a couple of user-facing things in, though.
[XI] The inactivity trigger for achievement point inclusion is now 60 days instead of 30.
[XI] Synergy achievement points now display correctly.
Forum sections are now links on their own.
The array of available badges has been expanded (more below).
Badges now grant titles (more below).
FFXIVPro.com now has a sidebar link.
Various pieces of phrasing around the site have been changed and clarified.
The "About" page now automatically updates, and my dumb *** is in the admin section.
Changes and fixes to various moderation tools.

Refactoring of pieces of the code base.
Badges:
There are now badges for winning MS Paint contests (which will be awarded when someone gives me a list of winners or I backread and find them), contributing to guides even if you're not the author (shoot me a PM is you or someone you know qualifies!), and finding/reporting bugs on the website. They also now grant titles, selectable from the "Account" page. I've also added a tool to make them easy to add from the admin interface, so no more waiting for patch day. They still need a tab on the user page, though.
XIV data mining:
The relevant fields have all been mapped (with a huge shoutout to Lakshmi.Teven, who was indispensable through the process). The importer is complete, and all that's left is completing the deciphering of the icon format. I expect to fully update XIVPro's item database next week.
