Burana Earring - Maneuvers Effect+1?

I don't know much about PUP, but I was hoping someone could explain what the effect of this earring is? Meaneuvers Effect +1?

Maneuver's give a bonus to automaton stats, this gives one additional stat per maneuver. It's pretty worthless on it's own, but if you combine the effect with other pieces that increase maneuver effects when you use an maneuver, you can get as high as +12 to a stat. And that equipment only needs to be worn when the maneuver is performed. Depending on the situation, it can be kinda nice.

The really cool part is the MAB.



11 PUP roll was my only buff there.
