Soloing Unity (with Trusts)
Has anyone attempted to solo any Unity BC's yet with 5 trusts? I realize everyone is preoccupied with the new missions and Escha Sky, but I'm curious to hear any strategies that people are using for various NM's.
Did they remove the restriction on needing three people to pop?

Previously, as far as I know, Unity NM HP scaled from 3 to 18 according to the number of players present in alliance when you popped it. Trusts did not count towards this scaling (unless I'm wrong?) I was always under the impression that the scaling only went up with more than 6 people.
That's how it works in Delve and Incursion, not sure that was the case for Unity as well but it's probably like that, yeah.
On my nowhere near stellar Thief (and without GearSwap last night) I managed to kill Abyssdiver using Apururu, Koru Moru, Ulmia, Valaineral and Qultada (may have been someone else in this slot).
Tried one of the 122's, Tiyanak, earlier, but forgot to use food and was half dead by the time I realised. This is going off 0 Unity NM experience by the by, so someone with experience of the NMs will likely fare better. Did Arke without any trouble as DNC/SAM. Tried to have Gessho tank, but it was pointless; he never got hate back after the first three-step SC. Waltzes helped Karaha-Baruha heal; make sure you don't have an XP ring active so Qultada will use Evoker's.
Got butchered by Mephitas. Just straight up flattened. ***was embarrassing. HP does not scale down for one person, as far as I can tell.

Managed to take down Joyous green solo on WHM/DNC. My Accuracy was kinda bad (but was solved from a mistake of my own).
Gessho and Amchuchu were tanking with the rest being healers. By my part, i coulda just had Gessho tank and gotten out Lillisette II. Yeah I did around 40 Immanibugard fights solo (with 5 trusts) and HP definitely does not scale down.
Azure-Toothed is going to be a sucky solo experience. There's just no other way around it.
Dealing with 1 NM is one thing but throwing 3 adds into the mix + Searing Light is just problematic. I suppose I could try BST and just do a Claw Cyclone spam and just try and zerg the Tonberry + Elementals all at once - like Ouryu. I used schezero + earthen armor strat and just trick attacked double darkness onto a RUN, if you can resummon fast enough you might be able to use solo pet strat but you'll get your pets one shot but everyone's grudge and throat stab. Are you dboxing a BRD mule? Nobody here likely needs to be reminded of this, but soloing the 75/99 Unities is a reliable moneymaker for the sufficiently self-hating. Baldurno turns 400 accolades into 750 sparks in about a minute.
I would never suggest somebody ought to kill 100 Baldurnos to make under a million gil, but we get more accolades than we could ever possibly need and well, whatever.
