I personally went with Path A, but was very torn between Path C which seems more of a viable path since it benefits both master and puppet. If you have Nibru, I'd stick with those but these will work till I get Nibru.

Path D is actually a pretty good ACC option for pet focus. You could build something better with Skirmish, but this is a sure fire thing. Eschalixers keep dropping in price also.

Just tinkered with Stabilizer IV and Tension Spring IV for some raw numbers via /checkparam no Optic Fiber, Valoredge Head/Frame.

right now midnights is really the best overall pup weapon out there, that includes KKK. and some this end cntent really need a ton pet acc so path D is really sexy for that.

Tension springs are all percentage based, The more base atk your automaton has, the more effective tension springs become. I recall my testing looking different than Dawezy's with the percentages being slightly higher, but there are any number of reasons for that.

11%/14%/16%/19% is what TS4 breaks down to with those numbers.


KKK is the best in any fight where the master can also melee and maintain AM3, otherwise it is entirely worthless.

Every PUP should aspire to get a pair of Midnights. Path D is very worthwhile for VE frames, and to an extent SS. Even if you DON'T augment them, combining them with the other maneuver effects pieces will give you an extra 4 to the relevant stat per maneuver, which adds up.

That being said, they are still situational. Like pretty much everything for PUP. This job is worse than a mage job on my inventory gear wise at this point.

i stick to one set and optimize it midnights are all i need

i boost mater and auto and thats all i need really. i hit non stop already so dont matter

basiclly what i got now is Punchellos, Naga tekko aug with Path D, Midnights with Path D, empy legs +1 (which i may replace at some point.) Windbuffet +1 , Rani ring, head and body still pitre +1 but ill get replacements eventully. but for now i really have no issues.

its all depends on how you want to play your pup, or any job for that matter.

I'm rocking the full capped Naga set w/ capped Midnights and Thur. Ring. I prefer to melee with my puppet and so the augments on the gear and weapon enhance this.
