Playonline Logging Problems

I just reactivated my account on Asura serve,I installed the Seekers of Adoulin collection. Now i cant logging on playoneline!! im getting the funny feeling that i wont be able to play! for a simple error! i need help! i typed the password 3 times on playoneline and still getting the error on the Square Enix Account Management the logging is ok no error.

Check for update first. You'll need to go into the settings to be able to login with your SE and POL ID I believe.

i tried again and no results! it does not make sense because when i used my laptop it seems fine no problem it all, my laptop is old and the new desktop computer is giving the headaches already! other games runs ok i just simply can not figure it out whats going on!?

There are 2 fields of password to fill. What of them is blocking you?

2 fields of password? you mean if i use the security key chain, because i can not even log in when using my second account, i used my old laptop and it seems fine. is there something wrong with Seekers of Adoulin collection?

Did you install POL from disc on new desktop? Might need a new viewer which is compatible.

I think Panta means POL password and SE password.

question? can i use 1 password for POL and SE? or i need to reset it at Square Enix Account?

Actually no, I think he meant that on the POL client, there's two passwords it can store:

account password and user password.

User password is stored locally and can't be saved. The original purpose was allow for it to be setup in a way the user can have the user password (for game and contents access) while access to the account administrative stuff would be protected under the actual account password. With the implementation of SE management website and inside POL Viewer management scrapped, that lost the purpose. And POL Viewer actually requires you to type the SE Account password for login. Pretty dumb huh ? They also could remove the locally stored user password function since it lost the purpose and only serve to confuse people now. >_<

If you managed to link the POL account to your new SE account, you can reset all POL passwords through the SE account website.

If you need any specific help with it (walk through the screens and troubleshoot the login process) I would not mind help out.

pol-5311 error code! 2 hours on waiting and im getting this!I already changed the password for POL..... and nothing this is getting frustrating ....
