Playonline Lost ID

hello community

i got a problem login in with the playonline viewer.
when i open my playonline viewer today i found out that my viewer functioned differently, it asked me to update and then restart + join playonline or use registered member access choices.

i figured it might be a change after a small maintenance or something, but apparently the viewer completely erased all account and Membership ID information and now i cant get in anymore.

has anyone of you experienced the same problems or knows what to do from here on?

You can see your POL ID on your SE Account Management page (provided you still remember your SE Account log-in credentials.)

When you navigate down to the FFXI page (Main page: 'Square Enix Account Information Header' > click 'PlayOnlnine/FFXI Service Accounts' banner) you should see the listing of POL accounts tied to the SE Account.

Hopefully from there, you can provide the information needed (SE Account ID + password + PlayOnline ID + password) that POL is requesting.

thank you for the info, i remembered my POL ID and passwords, My SE ID is still functioning since i use the saem to log into ffxiv also.

if i edit a new member in my POL start screen it gives me the message of wrong POL ID or password while trying to login, gives me reasons to believe something has changed to my POL ID that i'm not aware of

Edit: i'm now on chat with SE chat support

Edit#2: after chat suppport i can now login again, still not sure why POL deleted my membership ID's all of a sudden but i'm online again!

About the issue with the account disappearing if you use things like system restore, files might get deleted and that would cause the problem with POL Viewer.
