It's all based on your preference really. Some people like the idea of idling and getting more MP back with the least dependence of another job (i.e. BRD and ballads).

where can u get these rings?
While the choice may not be as clear-cut as a Rajas... If you pick a refresh ring, we'll know you're "that guy" and congrats on your useless "Tamas ring".
