Forgot Birthday

Hi,

When I registered I lied about my birthday. I moved recently and wanted to update my infos on SE's system today, I remember everything except my fake-birthday.

Since I stopped playing for a year, and now I was thinking in come back, I tried to update my infos, but the system always ask for my birthday. There is no other way to do it?

I really don't want to use SE's support since it trully sucks for years now.

Why would you lie about your bday? Your name and bday are the only things that are permanently tied to your account, I doubt you can get around it.

1. Lying is bad;

2. As birthday is one of the security question to assure youre yourself i really doubt somoene will help with that;

3. You have 1/365 chance to guess correctly. 1/366 if youre unlucky.

If he even lied about the year, calculate those odds.

Gather every bit of info you have and call them. If you lie about info you enter, take a screenshot of it or put it in a folder and host it online or something. That way when you run in to an issue, you'll have what you need.

Well, is just the birthday anyway to update the address info, nothing else.

I lied about mine too when I first started because I was 12 lol, I still remember it tho!

I only lied about my year when I was younger and that was to apply for credit cards. It worked too, lol.

I lied about mine since I was 11 when I started playing. There was one issue I had to call them about, and I didn't know my birthday. After enough arguing I was able to get a "one time exception" because I had all my other info correct.

Later on when I was trying to rejoin but had forgotten my password, they did not let me get by without the proper birthday because they had noted the one time exception so I had to guess. Luckily I only changed the birth year and it was only a matter of guessing if it was my mom/dads, or one of my other relatives.
