Tryin to pick out my reward for all WK clears and I'm tempted to get the 115 dagger and Occ. Att Twice it.

According to a thread in DRG forums, someone eyeballed a 40% proc rate on OAT effect. No testing to back it up or anything, and that's specifically for the lance (as per drg thread) but possible comparible/equal proc rate if correct.
I'm doing some testing. Would be a killer offhand with Occ Att and either Att10 or Acc10 depending on overall gear setup.
The loss of 50 acc/att is pretty noticeable.
I mean, if you lack 119 mandau, then sure I guess it's good enough, but I wouldn't use it on anything that matters. OAT weapons (magian) were all bad. (except spear). and GS, I forgot. So if I was offhanding nanti knife before, would you say 115 with OAT would be better?
