I have to check my words often when I argue with you, otherwise I'm afraid that I will be topic banned or worse. You are the only mod who would ban me for little reason. You probably influence your coworkers and even your boss(es) too. I know that I do, I give my bosses suggestions (along with my reasoning for the suggestion) and they (mostly) act on it. Your influence and power is more than I think you give yourself credit for. I come from an extremely independent family. Yes, I say things that they should do with particular things but that's about all the influence I have on them.
As for work, I just shut my mouth and do what my bosses tell me to do. Hit that quota and only that quota with 100% accuracy. That's the secret on how to keep a job. Co-workers... mm, maybe I have a greater influence on them because I make everyone cry laughing at work. I do know they look up to me for a good joke. Speaking of influence:
