The trick, as I understand it, is to actually make the bun out of just ONE donut. You grill the inside a little to make it a bit more solid and cohesive. And no mustard. Ketchup is a maybe, but mayo is better.
Some say it should be glaze out, some say the glaze side should be in. I have yet to attempt this monstrosity... but this thread tempts me back to peer over the oily rim of the Eternal Void of the Forbidden Sammich.
