POL Extremely Slow (lobby Server Issues?)

Tried logging in today and I kept getting stuck during various phases in POL. Rebooting and resetting router didn't help. Any other suggestions? (besides waiting)

EDIT: 'An unexpected problem occured' (when it was busy loading friend list) POL-1341

EDIT2: 'Unable to connect to lobby server'

EDIT3: Got stuck for nearly 10 min on the last step when trying to log in (retrieving character data).

Something amiss with the game in general or something? I don't see any current issue topics or maintenances scheduled...

Ok I'm out of ideas...
Right now POL can't even load up the screen that says 'Play'. What is going on? I can't be the only one having this issue at the moment.. right?

I had the same problem a while back. For me it was my ISP i assume. I would just grind out logging in. Didn't change anything and it finally starting working properly again.

I tether off a cell phone and i had these problems when it was -40 or so for a month straight.

My thought would be bad cable, or get your isp to check your connection. Can you download and ping at a proper rate?

I just did a ping test:

Ping 7 ms
Jitter 14 ms (whatever that is...)

Got 4 out of 5 stars, so I guess that's not too bad.

I've been having a LOT of bumps and errors with POL ever since they did that update. So frustrating...

just keep trying i had same problem this morning for about 2 hrs. its not your router or modem idk wth it was.

probably a EU thing, i had the same problem and took me 10 mins. Just let it run and eventually it'll connect (or error out)

I'm not in the EU and had the same problem yesterday. Not sure what fixed it because I didn't log out lol

I got in and was able to play for about 90 minutes until I got a very sudden and unannounced disconnect. R never went to 0 and the % stayed 100% the whole time. Gameplay was smooth, no lags in macro's, fights or zones and yet the game decides to kick me.. for no reason.
I guess I'll try again later. Such a bummer since I was leveling Elasmoth and it's 88 atm. So close!

I got it last night and again today.

Issue seemed to have fixed itself overnight. How peculiar.
Anyone else still having this problem though?
