Help: Connecting To FFXI With IPv6 Settings

I need a bit of help.

Background:

I use my Sprint HTC Mogul cellphone to connect my laptop to the internet. Though it has a native internet sharing app, I use PdaNet to stabilize the connection when signal is low.

When I connect with internet sharing, I can login fine though it's laggy as hell (basically 56k connection with the low signal I get in my office).

When I connect with PdaNet, I can login to POL fine and get as far as the character selection screen. I choose a character and it goes to the black 'Downloading data' screen. From there it times out or errors out.

The only thing different between the two connections that I can see is that the PdaNet connection uses IPv6.

I'm going to do a bit of searching on the web, but I also wanted to post here in case someone has already had this issue.

I just found an answer while searching. Solution is to use PdaNet 1.8 instead of 2.0.
