If you complete the game and save your file and come back you will be at chapter 8 before the last run of the crystals so you can get the other ending you didn't do. However there is one more thing that I find far more interesting. Ringabel adds an entry in the journal about Tiz where they find him motionless clinging to his brother's grave. No where does it state what it was that he "borrowed" however we know just from various events that a Celestial Being was in him. As to when he borrowed this spirit no one knows correct? Or did I miss something? Then the whole Bravely Second AR cutscene where they reveal the story of the next one. Apparently it is going to have people who live on the moon. There has been a lot of talk about it (I was curious and I looked up some forums). Some speculate that her twin sister was the one inside him, and that he was already "dead" or "comatose" the whole time until she came along. Others speculate that the celestial was YOU the player, and that you had to leave.
I think that Airy and the sister might have been celestials, due to the fact one was evil and the other was good, but I can't be sure what happened.
The ending was fantastic anyways, and that teaser made me want the sequel.
Lakshmi.Sparthosx said: »Am I the only one that can't resolve the plothole of:
Edea not recognizing Ringabel as Alternis? A childhood friend and live-in brother yet you've never seen his face? Wat. Neither Braev or key Eternians make the connection either.
The journal even has him drinking coffee before infiltrating Caldisla. What gives? Did he drink it from a straw? lol The only answer I can think of to this is even though they knew each other as children, Alternis took up the mantle of the Dark Night from a young age (in the notes, it said Edea started her training at 11, as is custom). A man can grow and change between then, and if Edea only knew him in his Dark Knight costume (he might have changed out for Braev, his father, who kept everything secret to begin with to try to stop Edea), then she wouldn't know what he looked like, or was too busy training to see him much. At least that's what I thought about it.

I was thinking all of that also, pure speculation so far is my best guess.
What also got me thinking was, didn't Ouroboros create Airy, I thought I remember her saying that at one point? Where did Airy's sister come from, and why did she want to stop Airy?
Speculation that Airy was influenced by the Evil Ouruboros and her sister wanted her stopped before the world(s) ended. Don't think she started out evil, but Ouroboros said that she was just "cattle to be consumed", so he took advantage.

Everyone talking about spoilers and I'm still only in Florem! :( Stupid ds needs to stop needing recharge so I can catch up! Don't feel too bad, I'm on chapter 4 still, left my DS on the charger while Auto-Utusemi-Countering the Vampire boss because none of my daggers do much damage when evade-countering last night.
When I woke up, I was still fighting! 8 hours of continuous fighting that boss!
(note to you: buy good daggers for this boss, at least 4 of the Falcon knives)

Because in older games like this, Dual Wielding daggers were the ***because of their high hit counts, so they did more damage than the other weapons.
This game, not so much. D:

I always play with my DS charging. In fact since I have bought it I have never unplugged it. So it's been on for almost a year now. Not once ever needing to turn it off.
Back to spoiler talk lol I'm thinking Airy and her "Sister" are actually the same fairy. Just in different worlds. The sister is the one that didn't get corrupted by Ouboros and remained pure. I believe she will be a main plot componant like Airy was in Bravely Second but having ties to the moon. As for the Celestial Being being US the player that makes the most sense but the fact they devote an animation of a spirit leaving could prove otherwise. But then again in the final battle it shows each world as someone from your friend list so maybe, just maybe the "Celestial Beings" who are "above" here meaning not heaven but literally above the screen since the game is in a top down view we are deities to them. And each one of us is in charge of a world which I believe is said in the game that the celestial watch over each world no? Totally a "Would You Kindly" type of twist there hehe

how hard is DeRosso? just klilled last dragon Make your team 4x NIN, throw some knives or whatever weapons you can on your guys, make sure you have that evasion counter passive trait up, auto-utsusemi and go watch the entire collection of Star Trek movies.
Maybe by the time you get back, you may be halfway done!

and that nin counter tactic is just dull :( I went into that fight NIN ARC TPL SPM, he took weak point dmg from ice once then stopped...nvm thing it was my special w/ water resist down add effect that made it happen >.> anyway i took the 1 NIN and had templar keep rampart up, Spiritmaster kept amp effects up on arcanist, only had 1 death. Stole a Megalixer from him and 1 dropped to!

I did THF/freelancer, 2x Swordmaster/piracy and a spiritmaster/whm for DeRosso... charge up for free lunch on both swordmasters, spam amped strike and time 4x mimic right after, goes down quick.

I tend to brute force things with Pirate/NINx3 and Perf/WHM. With the atk up song, the pirate double damage attack does 9999 (7k+ without). If I'm concerned about safety I'll do utsu+3 attacks. Perf/WHM does cura each round with the occasional buff song when no healing is necessary.
I could use auto doing attackx4(x3) + cura up until chapter 7.

Except for that minor detail I like the whole us being the Celestials, considering we do make an appearance with the cameras at the end.

The great thing about Bravely Default's job system is there is no cookie cutter setup to win battles. Can go in with anything and win.
Can do 4x DDs.
3 DDs and healer.
2 DDs 1 Healer 1 Buffer.
1 DD 1 Tank 1 Healer 1 Debuffer.
Just pick your favorite jobs and play style and just do you.

That is nice. While I still think FFT is one of the best games of all time, its only downfall is most endgame parties looks the same.. Orlandu, Agrais, ans Mustadio doing most of the heavy lifting with the 2 remaining slots not doing much. Glad to know I can mess around and still be able to move on.

I think there might be some extra info I am missing out on by not watching all the AR cards from the Collector's Edition. I'm just to lazy to watch all of them and have to keep spinning around to point the 3DS where I am supposed to. lol

Tactics Ogre: Let us Cling Together did Final Fantasy Tactics better. Better classes, better monsters, better semi-generics, better endgame activities.
You could still easily roll FFT with generics and monsters if you so chose or make it difficult and do a mage-only run with white mages clubbing things to death.

That game is ugly though tbh, I didn't enjoy it as much as FFT.
