Do the effects of the eggs stack with each character holding it?

No idea I thought the EXP was only doubled for the one holding the egg >.>... /facepalm

it would greatly please me if i only had to buy one of each instead of spend like 1mil on 4 :<

The effects don't stack. Only need one of each egg (but don't wear them at the same time, ofc)

the items effect don't stack.
I tested them.
(saved before buying a 2nd, tested, and reverted to my save.)

bow seems better for thf then daggers, all these jobs uggghhhh. idk what to lvl to what, got blm whm mnk knight to 9 then swapped whm<>blm chars and changed dds to thf+drg

THF is a MUST, it helps for stealing items quick and at double the amount (Master Thief, Rob Blind, Thief Gloves)

Swordmaster is pretty awesome along with Piracy abilities like I've said before when you get there.

I say just level up a bit on everyone, because having max jobs for everyone will help, especially for Freelancer.

When you get Salve-Maker level 4 you won't have to worry about leveling "old-fashioned" anymore.

ugh i forgot to steal from boss last time >< anything else besides bosses i should look to be stealin from? i just been using thf as a dd

Some of the asterisk bosses have some decent steals before chapter 5, so always try to steal from them.

The crystal bosses usually always have Compounding items, so up to you.

Edit: The stealing is mostly for Chapter 5+, but if you can get in the habit of doing it now it helps.

just started chapter 3, do amp effects stack from ele rods or just go fire/ice rod? assuming fire type mobs gonna be comming up

Woke up this morning, fired up the game on Chapter 6 and (major spoilers):

omg these golems x3 boss fight wtf -.- they act fast and spam aoe how you supposed to win? are they blindable?

So I just got to chapter 7... so MUCH FUN; challenging boss fights!

Probably could have found an easy cheese strat, but coming up with my own was a lot of fun; and even with getting my DDs to do 9,999 damage, was still a challenge to survive/stay alive

I've said it before and I'll say it again haha.
Going to need to have 1 person have Time Mage up for Hasten World to be unlocked. Ringabel is your best choice since he has the highest base AGI so he doesn't lose out too much speed for not having the additional +30% Speed.
4x Ninja/Acrobatics(Valkyrie)

Abilities:
Speed+30%/Speed+20%/Spear Lore
Speed+30%/Speed+20%/Spear Lore
Speed+30%/Speed+20%/Spear Lore
Speed+20%/Hasten World/Spear Lore(Ringabel)

Gear:
Any Spear
Any Spear
Any Helm with STR+
Any Body with STR+
Hermes Shoes/Sandals

Strategy:
Everyone just High Jumps once. That's it. I'm not even kidding. Then you can speed the game to x4 speed and hit auto and walk away.

Why it works:
Hasten World gives you 2 BP per turn so every time you High Jump when you land you have the BP to do it again. Enemies can't touch you because you are outspeeding them into the air and attacking again before they have a chance to do anything on their turns.

This strategy works for ALL main game bosses. Some Nemesis have physical dmg negation so won't work on them but for that I have a free Meteor spam strategy.

Yup! Exactly what I'm doing when I can't beat something "normally". However, there's 2 nemesis I can't beat doing this, they just utterly destroy me, I can't type the names out of them either as they're in Japanese.
One is the WHM girl and buff guy from the beginning with JP names the other is the Swordmaster with a REALLY long JP name. I can't beta the duo because he'll use a move that always seems to go off after everyone lands from High Jump, can't beat the Swordmaster because he'll counter everyone's High Jump with max damage xD

For the bosses where Ninjacrobatics is useless I'll reveal the free Meteor strat.

Jobs:
Time Mage/Bushido(Sword Master)

Abilities:
For Time Mages:
Speed+30%/Speed+20%/Magic Attack+10%
Speed+30%/Speed+20%/Magic Attack+10%
Speed+30%/Speed+20%/Magic Attack+10%
For the Freelancer:
Hasten World/Speed+20%/anything

Equip:
Depends on the boss's speed but can safely use anything Speed+
Falcon Knife/Fox Tail/or any wand
Falcon Knife/Fox Tail/or any wand
Head gear with Magic Attack+
Body gear with Magic Attack+
Hermes Shoes/Sandals

For the Freelancer try to give it less speed gear since you want it to go last of the 4 heros.

Strategy:
Time Mages Brave 4 times first slot is "Free Lunch" from Bushido which allows you to cast for no MP cost. Then Meteor the other 3 Brave turns.

Freelancer Braves once and uses Mimic first Brave turn and "Stillness" from Spiritualism the 2nd.

How this works:
Given all your speed is correct. The Mages will Meteor 3 times each for no MP cost and the Freelancer will Mimic the Meteor cast it then use Stillness to stop all damage done to the party for the 2 turns it takes Hasten World to give back the BP needed to restart the process. If all is done correctly just hit auto and walk away lol.

Additional ways to use this strat:

For the Valentines Day Nemesis(Be Mine: White Fox) The White Mage and Monk you will need to tweak your abilities here. The White Mage has THE highest MDEF in the game and every spell casted on her only yeilds 1 damage. The Monk takes regular damage from spells. So how can this work you ask? Simple. Change your abilities. Their speed is nothing you can't handle with little-to-no investment so we are going to add Pierce Magic Defense/Magic Damage+30% This will break her MDEF completely and allow for normal damage calculations to take place.(i.e. 9999 Meteors)

For the New Year's Japanese Nemesis(Swordmaster who can Summon) This needs waaaaaaaaay more speed investment. I'm talking nothing but speed in all slots, abilities, spells. He is THE fastest boss in the game. So how do counter this? Easily. Take the Freelancer and make them a Performer/Spiritualism for "Love Rush" and Stillness. Love Rush gives +.25 Speed and can be used twice to cap at +.50% Speed making you all faster than the boss. Abilities for the Performer should look like Speed+20/Hasten World/anything and just Brave 3 times the first turn and use Love Rush>Love Rush> Stillness. Have everyone else Default this turn. After that setup the Free Lunch/Meteor and Stillness and watch the rocks rain down on the jerk.
