it sounds like its reducing the minimum off the cap so its might be -40 now which would be pretty cool, but might be jumping the gun in excitement
Until testing, 15 seconds should be the max. This would be the first time that we BP delay- on ammo.
Someone from the General forum confirmed that it does take additional seconds off from the 45 cap. Pretty awesome.
Now we have a cap of 40 seconds!

Yep it does take off seconds of the 45 cap indeed^^ With some luck maybe SE will release extra items that take off even more!
A man can always dream how is the HQ attained? i don't see it posted anywhere.
Rumors of the HQ being dropped from the new Divine might fight. But as I said rumored not confirmed. But I can confirm my recast with the 115 satchet is 42secs.
FFXIDB lists it as coming from Ark Angel GK. However, I've beaten that fight probably 10 times now on Very Difficult alone, and it hasn't dropped. So I'm pretty sure that the GK drop reported was from GK inside the DM battle, as Damnit had hinted at.
Whooooo whattt! I have been so bussey with work can't wait to spam those fights and get my hands on one.
